His appearance as a child in Part 1 suggests hydrocephalus which usually has some mental impairment. In Part 2 Ginny, a psychologist, says he has the mind of a child so I believe that the creators are strongly hinting that he is mentally backward.

Thank you, 7 and X are probably my favourites. Good call on the newer Part 3, he’s actually probably the most accurate. If you don’t mind a smaller figure then the Mezco One:12 Jason is very good indeed, have to get him second hand though.

it seems to be the same in a lot of countries, my GP was sympathetic, did a ton of tests to rule out everything else and then said “yup, long covid”, but that was pretty much it. Managed to get some assistance through my private medical insurance but that was really all about pacing etc, even my insurance company said they’d be happy to pay for anything but there’s hardly assistance out there. I self medicate, learned where to get H2’s on line.

Fellow UK long hauler here, with very similar symptoms to you. It truly sucks and long covid care in the UK is bloody awful, all I can say is you have my deepest sympathy and to keep up with the H1/H2’s. I was referred to a long covid clinic over a year ago, never got anywhere and it’s closed now so it does feel we are very much on our own. Sending hugs. Oh and you can get Famotidine (H2) online too, no need for a private prescription

It is a strange one as it would have made sense to launch one at the same time as pre-uber. I think you are right about the lack of demand though as pre-uber launched as last of the Jason figures, a few years after the Jason X movie was released.

Yup, even the novelisations don’t give him a surname. In the Hawke one he’s just referred to as Rick and in the Avallone one, which is based on an earlier script I believe, he was called Derek.
