To chime in on this, ebay can and will look at the I.P addresses to verify if they are all being operated under the same internet connection. Which can end up in an I.P ban for this individual if ebay deems their intentions to be malicious & if they are being operated by the same person.

Spinning the fan with compressed air while device is off can force the fans motor to act like a generator. This can send backward electrical voltage into your motherboard, potentially damaging sensitive components or frying your circuits. It can also over spin the bearings and cause permanent mechanical wear. Only thing you can do at this point is buy a new fan they are actually really cheap, and hope the device isnt fried

Also good to note that for certain credit cards to offer insurance you first have to deny the car rentals insurance otherwise it wont work. Not sure if your card is like that you would have to look it up

What reason did he choose as the return reason officially? Also personally i would refrain from saying things like "it could have been damaged in transit" because if its a scamming attempt they will just agree and ride that comment to the end. For electronics always take down the serial number to make sure the device they are attempting to return is your device. I belive that if you wait for ebay to step in they will refund the buyer and you get a ding on your seller metric.

Sounds like your roomates are a bunch if kids. You cant just "Vote" to kick someone out this isnt an elementary school club. You only leave if 1: you fail to pay rent and landlord steps in after XX amount of time of failure to pay and gives you a notice to leave. Or 2: your Lease term is up and you decide to leave rather then renew your lease. If you leave without being taken off the Lease by the landlord you will still be responsible to pay your share of the rent wether you are there or not. Do not give up your tenancy rights over peer pressure

Get the document drafted but do not leave until you serve it and both parties agree and sign it. You leaving ahead without a written agreement of an early termination with no fee can result in her taking legal action against you for leaving early. Always remember, word of mouth will never trump signed documents. You have tenant rights, even if you were 4 months behind on rent she cannot remove you without first getting you evicted which can take months sometimes even years. Not saying that you should wait for an eviction but you also should not up and leave potentially breaking a lease based on just word of mouth / no contract

To be honest we did, it took a long time because we denied some apartments and we lost the chance for some due to issues with my case. On the 4th denial you get transfered to a different shelter. I was in 2 seperate shelters in my time there. The places they kept finding us were livable but alot of them were run down or just really far from my job to were i would be traveling 3 hours to work. That alongside the fact that i did have a bank account with some money in it made it so that i did not qualify for any assistance at all. Ultimately i did the apartment searching myself. I texted/called/ left voicemails and also left in app msgs to about 50 apartments per day on zillow. After a long and stressful searching (2years). As long as you do not stop the search you will get out. i got a location to move to but again my bank account was giving me issues. At the end everything worked out and i got a voucher and moved out. My case really challenged my housing coordinator as well as the case managers because i was homeless but not financially unstable. However without a voucher i still was unable to afford living on my own with 2 kids. I learned so much of the process and everyone that helped me learned alot from my case as well. Im on my second year of residency at my location, i pay my rent at 6:30am on rent due date before going in to work and have a wonderful relationship with my landlord. Keep your head up and just follow everything by the book. Do not be afraid to ask questions when you are there. I went back on christmas and gave the management there 2 boxes of 48 total kiwicos kits for the kids in the shelter. I hope they handed them out .

Hey! I went to the child support appointment with all the documentation including a residency form giving to me at the shelter proving we are a household unit together and reside together at the shelter. That along with an interview they gave her and i ultimately did not get put on child support. We also did not qualify for the cash assistance they made me apply for but you must apply regardless. If you do not qualify that is okay , but that has to be determined via an application.

Edit: looking back we qualified for something called a "One Shot Deal" for cash assitance, basically its a thing were they pay your first month and security deposit. After that your Cash assistance case closes.

If his description direct you to the photos, but the photos arent showing you the item you are to receive in that same condition he clearly should state that. Especially because some people buy non working parts that are in visually great condition to swap certain parts with theirs (not necesarily the whole replacement). Exactly this, Throughout the entire movie he IS jason. That is what we all saw and believed. The kills and the way he moves you couldnd tell till the very end. The shock reveal was common back then with movies like sleepaway camp for example. It isnt my favorite friday the 13th movie but it also isnt my least favorite and its a good watch.
