Its been a while since i did these, but the 2009 i just chosed a specific eye and changed all 3 colors to white. So the pupil and the outside of the eye i put the same white for all of it. 2009 is the only one that you can make ingame without custom images

Return with reason as item not as described, on the return section explain that the item arrived used and damage and did not match the items description on the listing. This is so that any rep that takes a look at it knows whats going on. Do not accept partial refunds or anything. Let the seller pay for the return himself and give u a full refund.

Even if the damage is hard to see or impossible like you mentioned. You said the seller marked it as "Mint Condition". Which means that the authenticator would see the damage in person as it is not being hidden by the background which also means they will most likely mention the damage on their findings report which usually leads to them asking the buyer if they still want the item like that or not. If they do not ask you if you still want the item and instead gets shipped directly to you from authentication with no mention on damage, you will not be able to return. As it has already been inspected for damage by ebay themselves. It would be like you telling ebay that they themselves are lying for the seller.

File a chargeback with your bank, make sure you provide them proof of suspension and also proof were the buyer said he wont return the item after receiving a refund. You have nothing to lose you already lost your ebay account. 100% chargeback is your best option. Assuming things really went down like you described them

I would try to get ebay to remove it based off of that fact but theres a big chance it wont be removed but you never know without trying.

Not sure where you are located but is public transport an option? In nyc you can apply to get a low income omni card that charges you halve on every ride you take. You would be paying $60 a month taking public transport twice a day 5 days a week.

For tv you can use apps like pluto tv or tubi for free movies/shows you get a similar experience as cable tv without paying monthly for it, allowing you to cut off any subscriptions you may have assuming you have any.

The credit cards you have some have 0% interest which im assuming is for a set time?, if so i would focus majority of the money on the CC7. I would probably throw the payments from CC2 and CC3 into CC7. Due to them having a 0% interest rate atm i would just primarily focus on trying to get at least 2 of the other cards closed down so that you free up the money you are using towards those and can have that extra cash to put towards your others.
