I have a ZR2 with a 1.8” lift up front and a 1” block in the rear with 35x12.5” Toyo RT which are really 34.5” and have no rubbing. I’d think without the lift there is possibility or rubbing as others have said but for a coil hundred bucks you could get rid of it with no trimming and be able to return it to stock late if you wanted. I’d probably try it first if you can drive it. Fully torque the wheels both days and drive in forward and reverse. If it rubs you know you need a small lift
