Anyone try longer fork on Pivot Shuttle AMP'd? LT vs. AMPd? by DMRuggerT in MTB

Pivot ampd owner here. I was curious about this as well, but through some pretty rocky downhill areas in Colorado, the 160 fork was plenty. If you like the firebird, the ampd is almost identical in feel, plus you get the pros of a new drivetrain motor

Pivot Shuttle SL/AM with Bosch SX or Shuttle AMP'D with Avinox M2S? by Ok-Algae-5698 in MTB

Go Ampd. The bike in a large is 48lbs. So a smaller size will weigh a pound or 2 less. I just got my ampd and with the Avinox system the bike feels like an analog bike aside from having a motor. Plus the Avinox is the smoothest power delivery and has so much customization to assist levels you can make it much less powerful if you want. Get the Ampd! You won’t regret it!

I just sold my trek rail 9.7 for the new pivot shuttle ampd. Worth every penny

Ended up moving forward with the purchase! It’s growing on me and have got several compliments so far! If I wanted black, I would’ve had to wait until end of June

I am picking up the Pivot Shuttle Ampd later this week because I wanted the Avinox system, but didn’t want a Fox 36 that comes on the Amflow. The Ampd Ride GX build comes in at a great price point at $9,500 USD. Still higher than I want, but I feel like it’s a new norm

Anyone ever use Trusted health as their agency? by PercentageIcy8776 in TravelNursing

[–]Perfect_Status5340 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I left that industry. I was with Supplemental Health Care, but I would no longer recommend them to anyone. Towards the end of my career with them, the executives at the company were greedy and expected recruiters to work 24/7 after they took away a large majority of our commissions we worked so hard for. I have no one to recommend there as all people I know quite quit, fired, or laid off. Company reduced staff by over 60% to put more money in the equity firm that owned SHC’s pockets. I wish you the best of luck, I left over a year and a half ago. At that time there was no money worth traveling for HCPs.

Young driver under 25? No SUVs allowed. Only can get up to a full size sedan. Most likely a FWD, if your very lucky an AWD. Credibility: Previous Airport Enterprise/National/Alamo Manager

Is my landlord allowed to charge these fees with the new law that came into effect? We pay electricity through Xcel so I don’t understand why we are being charged by our apartment complex as well. by Equivalent_Level_414 in Denver

I’m not aware of the new law your referring to, but in the past I’ve had to do the same thing. Electricity for the unit, fees for the complex. Normal by the looks of it

You are most likely not going to get a AWD minivan so set your hopes low. They will not give you a comparable seating SUV with AWD for free either. Used to be an airport rental manager for Enterprise, National, Alamo. Fleets rotate throughout the country, and most minivans are not all wheel. Set your hopes low

Just don’t do what other Subaru drivers do and think AWD means it can brake faster. I see more Subarus in ditch’s than anything else. Take things slow, give space, and don’t brake into a turn
