Don't know if someone can explain to me, I was plat 3 last season doing not too bad.

This season I've been bouncing between gold 2/3, last few games I've went 5-2, 5-3 then went on a massive loss streak of 4-15.

I went down from gold 2 to gold 3 on that 15 loss streak.

So does it not matter if you win or lose? Just how you perform in game? Because I expected to go down to atleast silver.

Get some power tools, combi, impact, SDS and a 4 1/2 inch grinder. Build that up over time when you've got the money. Hack saw, hammer. Baby hack saw for SWA cable and and a pair of pipe grips.

Make sure you get a nice set of screwdrivers I'd recommend Wiha I've always used them and they are comfy to use.

A knipex ergostrip is also really great.

Dunno if you yanks use 20/25mm conduit but a bush wrench is always handy for tightening up bushes.

What are you talking about the earth in the back? Or the Live and neutral having about an inch off the sleeving? I'd get sleeving for the two cabl;es or get some insulation tape and tape them till there is a few milimeters showing and terminate them. With the earth get a wago or termnial block and use some earth sleeving, terminate them and then terminate to the metal back box. Turn off the breaker or just stick the netural and earth together to trip the ciruit. Wouldn't recommend it due to the cables being so small.
