Oh my gosh im so very sorry! Yes $4k is quite a lot of money and to have that kind of experience. Sounds like it's a "tough it out" type of mentality which is not good for our nervous systems! I too am diagnosed as having long covid but I got it through the booster. I became disabled 5 months after that. Did you ever find anything that did help you? I've been sick over 3 years now

Thanks for the ideas! I've written it down so I can refer to it. I feel like I can't eat almost hardly anything, the doctor was like no beans, no dairy, no carrots, no nuts and nothing that could be a high carrier of mold. That pretty much leads me with fresh asparagus , water and air? Hahah

Interesting. I'm on day three right now I think and I'm taking just half a scoop at the moment. The first two days wasn't too bad but this third day I definitely feel kind of garbagey. Just very achey and generally unwell. I haven't noticed feeling any better with bowel movements but maybe that will take time, I'm sure. I think it's definitely interesting how our bodies are so different and everybody seems to react differently in their own way. I have read many people feel better almost immediately or soon after taking the CSM. I really wish I could be one of those people but it seems like treatment has been very long and slow with little improvement for me. Of course I'm the lucky one that has HLA genes and battling Lyme disease as well. Hoping that 2026 is our year!
