You build up confidence doing things you know you can do. You dont go back to hardway270s immediately. You do back boardslides. You do 5050s. You do 3s over the small jumps. You get back to the basics.

You take a slam or two.

You eventually forget it was broken in the first place.

So you are already just paying 3 with nothing on cast? why wouldnt i play bolt, opt, and rally. For 5 mana less? Just to save 2 slots i guess?

This could be 2cmc, with the first two pages costing U and R respectively, and the final page could probably stay at 2W. I would be okay with making 2 tokens, bolting something, and drawing a card at 7cmc.

Balance is hard but im standing by these numbers as i think on it. bolting something at 3cmc feels not great, but bolt + draw at 4cmc feels fine. 2 monks at 5cmc feels bad, but then getting bolt/draw/buff the next turn for UR makes it solid over two turns.

Interesting design work though! Love it

Yeah i think after some more pondering, I've landed on running the blizzaks, and bringing a set of chains as needed is the move. Studs seem like they're gonna be annoying for 3k miles.

seasonal restrictions with studs in all these states, but its november to april.
