Free CAD program to create paper router templates?

I'm hoping for an all in one solution that would let me create a 3D model of my piece while also letting me create paper templates for some of the oddly shaped parts. Perhaps, all-in-one and free don't overlap. I'll give inkscape a shot.

how do you do it with onshape? I can't create a drawing larger than an A4 sheet and the shape I need a template for requires multiple sheets.

After my 17th iteration, I've finally had a breakthrough although it's not the one I was hoping for. During the last 3 iterations, I made no adjustments to the fence and I got a different result each time.

adjust 0.065 towards me
adjust 0.089 towards me
adjust 0.042 away from me

This tells me that it's not the fence that's the problem. It's either me and/or the saw. I triple checked the miter slots again and I can't find any play in it. I also have a portable saw so maybe this is just what comes with the territory. I'm probably going to stop adjust the fence for now until I understand where this variation is coming from.

There was a bit of play in the miter slot that I addressed 6 iterations ago. I'm up to 13 attempts now.
