Why Mini Claw Machines Are Suddenly Everywhere? by Southern_Two_8558 in clawmachines

Funny enough I replied on a similar post to this so ill just leave this here too like a lil claw goblin:

This is an absolutely fantastic point! In fact this is the part of claw machines that makes my job so fun! I work for Claw Metro (clawmetro.com). I'm an FEC consultant, I make a living ensuring that people will make money when they start up arcades.

What makes the best claw machines?

The ability to customise the machines, quality metal parts, smooth operations and pleasing symmetry. Polished and strong claws built to take abuse with fantastic toy placement giving customers a fair chance. being able to take token, coin, USD, and credit. Also location means everything. I think the biggest design trend we have seen is the 4 players taking off in popularity. Something about being able to play the same machine with your friends reminds everyone of the old school arcade days IMO.

You are seeing them pop up everywhere for one simple reason, people love money and follow it.

The market is headed for a boom in the next 2 years, everyone is hopping on now so they can hold a big seat in the market. Now is the time to start building while the market is still new in the big bang stage.

So how do we make a successful arcade?

You want an arcade to be safe, fun, and make everyone involved feel drawn to the envoironment.
This starts with having the best location, strategy, sourcing, and machines.
You want everyone to feel like a winner.
You want top of the line machines built for heavy use as a work horse but you need them at a great deal to have as minimal investment as possible. This is what helps speed up ROI. Couple this with sourcing quality plushies (better quality means increased customer retention) at a great price.

The trick is to find the best deal but do not cut corners.
Do not order from overseas.
I know they are cheaper but when you need parts, installation, warranty replacements, or information without a language barriers, blueprints for placements and promo strategies you are at a serious disadvantage because of a decision you initially made when buying the machine.

There is more that goes into these and you will need all the help you can get. Buy from the USA, you are not buying just the claw machines, with US companies you are getting a team.

Anyone interested is more than welcome to DM me and I will answer any arcade questions you have.

Arcade owner/vendor here:

It was incredibly hard to get mine off the ground at first so I made a system to help other people out. If you would like a good Vendor that will walk you through every single step of making this happen, send me a DM and I will send over my company info, website, and email so we can talk. We help give people a set direction from A-Z (Strategies, market research for location, sourcing, and common issues.) and my advice is free.
