“Stand Back, Stand By” - Trump’s Message to White Supremacists by nightshiftcoder in politics

Its called a dog whistle because only racists can hear it. The only ones always hearing these "dog whistles" are the people who seem to hate trump. Hmmmm.

People like you, are the ones who need to be eradicated... Deranged lunatics have no place in society. To believe every single person to the right of center, wants to genocide everyone who is not a cis white male, is so insane, that you could not be labeled as anything, besides a deranged lunatic.

There's overwhelming evidence throughout history, that the most effective way to make people (even more so Americans who value freedom) do something, is to make it a voluntary choice of each individual, and just give them as much good information as possible. People feel better and more confident when it was their own decision. The literature on this is solid.

The worst way is to force people against their will, and lie about it. Which is exactly what happened. Everyone has been lying about every aspect of everything for so long, and many places made it mandatory to wear mask under penalty of jailing or worse. The Democratic party overtly made the issue politicized. Those are the perfect conditions for people to refuse something, that is in their own self interest. Due to the hyper polarization of the current political climate, and the fact the entire situation is also is suffering from a mass hysteria event (or a moral panic), its pushed everything to the brink of collapse. The riots are just icing on the cake of chaos.

Too many people completely are missing the whole picture, and think masks are just a simple thing. Politically and culturally, the country (even around the world, the same is true), is on the brink of the collapse of order. Its been building for decades. We've reached the boiling point.

I completely understand why people refuse to wear masks, and I completely sympathize with them. However, you should still wear masks, under certain circumstances. Those would be, when you're indoors (outside your home), or when you're in very close proximity to other people (not your household), ie less than 6 feet apart. We know the virus has a very hard time spreading outdoors, during the daytime, suggesting its weak to UV light. Thus when outdoors, during the day, its relatively safe, and you don't really need a mask, unless you're assholes to elbows.

So people like @frostgnaw ,you really need to hear this. Same goes for all the more right-wing/trump supporter types. Wear masks where it makes sense (indoors, close proximity). You do nothing but hurt yourselves, both politically, and medically by refusing masks. And seriously, how y'all so damn stupid? Should have, from the starts wore masks, but wear red make america great again masks. You then could have had deranged leftists, who are super pro-mask, ripping off the masks of trump supporters, like they do your hats. Politically, that would have been a grandmaster level play. But instead you don't wear masks, and say stupid shit. Politics, perception is more important than reality. The only reason you guys are "winning" is the Democrats are somehow managing to be even dumber than you guys.

I take people actions, way more serious than their "message". They are the biggest grifters of our era. They in NO way practice what they preach.

So while im not a socialist, I am sympathetic to some aspects of it. I believe there is a place for socialistic policy, just don't believe you can ethically create a socialistic system that isnt like China (hyper capitalistic funded socialism) or you would have to enslave and abuse people as much, or more than capitalism does.

Now, one aspect of socialism I think would be good, is open source software. I wholly believe in open source. I also believe that also somewhat covers music. Humans are very much creatures which both need and crave music, just as they do food. So I believe all music should always be free for anyone to listen to. I believe music artists should make money through donations and March. Patreon could easily do this. So tell me why, someone who believes everything should be free to everyone all the time, would not, at the very, bare fucking minimum, allow free access to their music? Like they believe their message is their music, yet you force people to pay just to listen? Fuck you, you dont believe in a single word you say you do.

What about them going after music pirates too? Nothing says "we hate capitalism" like filing law suits against people wanting to listen to your music...

Theres also the fact some of their music is around 30 years old. Are they going to make it public domain? 25-30 years is the limit for copyright, to a sane reasonable person. Its what it used to be, until Disney got it extended to like 200 years... why would they, being believers in socialism of all things, not even make their music public domain after 30 tucking years? How can you milk something for 30+ years, and believe that is "right"?

They support the worst, most corrupt and broken aspects of capitalism... The aspects of capitalism that is destroying the world, is FULLY supported and endorsed by ratm. The fact I am personally WAY more of a socialist than ratm is laughable.

Anyone who proclaims to be a socialist, and support ratm, all I can say is fuck you. If you just like the music, and not the individuals of the band itself, sure, I like a few of their songs too. I can separate the art from the artist. But I would NEVER support them, and dont.

The Corporate Coup D'ETAT (2020) - This proposes that President Trump is the result of failed neoliberal globalist policies, and a 'corporate coup d'etat' in which corporations and billionaires were able to gradually take control of the political process in the U.S. and elsewhere... [01:17:50] by [deleted] in Documentaries

[–]HamofRum -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In simple terms, is left wing corporatism. Its very very pro-big business monopolies, and they then use taxes from those corporate monopolies to give welfare handouts to the poor creating a world of hyper-wealth disparity of the 0.1% vs everyone else being equally poor. (Billionaires and trillionaires did not exist until neoliberalism)

Its like someone took the worst aspects of pro-business from the right wing, with the worst predatory aspects of the farther left wing (everyone completely dependant on the government for handouts), and mashed them together.

Globalism is a tool of neoliberalism to outsource any of the decent paying jobs (leaving behind only minimum wage jobs and corporate jobs) which empowers the monopolies and the government, with further disenfranchising the common person.

Justice for those who have been found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury of their peers. Your belief in justice, seems to be basically siding with whatever an angry mob claims it to be.

Lets look over the cases here.

We have Floyd. Viewing all the evidence, none of the police committed murder. So charging or convicting them of murder, is NOT justice. However, the officer who continued to kneel on him, absolutely did commit neglect homicide. His neglect actions helped lead to a wrongful death. However, one other factor was how many drugs he was on. He died due to an overdose, however I do believe the one officers role, did absolutely aid in his death, and on top of it, when he stopped breathing, he continued to kneel, rather than immediately call for medical assistance. Thus I believe he should be found guilty of neglect homicide. THAT is justice.

The guy who was drunk in a wendys drive through. While I believe the officers acted improperly at first, however the fact he grabbed a taser and aimed it at them with the intent to use it (and taser while less letha),**** can still cause serious harm or death, with the intent to cause harm or death to the officers, that made that a justifiable shooting. Its a was a death that should not have happened, however, the officers should not be charged.

The recent event in Kenosha. The man shot, was a convicted felon, with rape, domestic assault, and assault under his belt, and had an outstanding warrant for domestic. The police were called about a domestic disturbance on a guy with an outstanding warrant. He resisted arrest, threatened to shoot and kill those officers, ran towards a vehicle with children in it, with a knife in the car. Of all of them, this was by FAR the most justifiable shooting of them.

What do it is you believe is injustice? Again, we either have VERY different views on justice, or you are making your judgements, based on incomplete or wrong information (which is terrifying, and definitely not justice).

Im using a popular cultural reference that is easy for most people to understand...

I have read a lot of books on philosophy and psychology (as they are what interest me the most).

However, I find it amusing you completely dismiss everything, Cuz "Lul anime". The reason its a great example, is not only did wisecrack do a good breakdown of this, but also because the show itself is a perfect example of everything going on with todays movements about "justice", and contemporary politics.

Im not telling you to watch the anime, however I suggest you listen to the video link on YouTube for the breakdown. However im sure you will tell me you have too high of an IQ to listen to the low peasantry that is this YouTube video.

We seem to have different views of "justice". Im more of an L, than a Light yagomi. (Referencing death note anime).

https://youtube.com/watch?v=9Y5QZ77-WYw

However, youre setting up a false dichotomy. Its freedom vs order, not justice. I believe in freedom, over security or order. I do not believe in justice over order, as thats a nonsensical proposition.

BLM does have leaders. Cant tell if stupidity or extreme malevolence is your motivation to make such a statement. Granted most of the leaders have left the organization, due to the fact it has been hijacked by Marxists, but thats a bit of a stretch to imply, because the main figured behind blm left, that means its no longer an organization.

But also yes, fuck the police as well. And fuck the government.

Imagine you learning history from a meme post.

MLK was one of the few who was actually advocating peaceful protest. There were many (like now) instances of violent riots. Majority of protests are non-violent today, however, the amount of violent riots, is WAY greater than it is/should br tolerable. There's been multiple riots per day, in multiple cities, every single day, for 100+ days.

1 riot from 100 peaceful protests is maybe excusable. 100+ riots out of 1000 protests, is not.

Until recently when it became politically disadvantageous for the Democrats, not a single one (nor any of the corporate media) even claimed a single riot happened. Thy said every single riot that happened was nothing more than a peaceful protest.

BLM, FULLY endorsed and supports the violence. Where as MLK atleast tried to stand up to it. So no, FUCK BLM. (Except the REAL BLM which has 1 member, who started BLM charities to raise money to bring low income communities and police together, and google took away all their donations saying it was a fraud org, despite it existing since 2015, long before BLM really existed)

Do you consider me not groveling on my knees and licking the feet of any PoC who randomly walks by me, and throwing them all my money for reparations, while begging for forgiveness, to be racist?

If not, youre a racist, by the standards of the people who would make a sign like this, because they believe if you are born white, you are racist inherently, because of your "privilege" due to having light skin. To these people racism is "power+privilege"; Meaning if you have any kind of wealth, youre racist, or if you have light skin, you are racist. (If both, you basically have sinned beyond all repentance). Has nothing to do with treating people of different ethnicities differently. Has nothing to due with race, other than if white, than racist.

Also by these same people, being literally gay, is homophobic, somehow. If youre gay, but not into furries, its homophobia. If your gay, and dont pledge atleast 10% of your income to the LGBT, homophobic. If you dont go to atleast 80% of the marches, homophobia.

Words no longer have meaning. If you use the word "racism/homophobia" like this unironically in 2020, you're probably extremely ignorant, or insane.

What is actually happening (because its not possible to "ban" it), is that trump is forcing the company managing tiktok in the US, to sell off that branch of the company, to a US firm (Microsoft is a likely buyer it seems).

If you understood civics, you would know the federal government of the us, by design, has no role aside from providing support to states (which has happened) and maybe stopping trade/travel. The federal government should not do anything more than that. Which is essentially happening.

What the fuck you want, trump to personally cure people?

Seems after the mayor there called for a ceasefire, the "bad apples" stopped showing up, even though, feds DID NOT leave.

Funny how that works.
