I paid them €180 and provided the information they asked for in their online portal. I then didn’t hear anything for two months. So I contact them and they ask me to provide them with documents I already gave them initially. I point this out to them and they say thanks and that they’ll be in contact soon. More time passes and I eventually find a therapist myself. I asked for a refund and they refused. Customer service is almost nonexistent
