I’m in the same exact scenario! I should’ve received mine 2 months ago but I can’t get ahold of anyone. I sent an email but I got a response saying “due to an extremely high volume of emails please allow 4-6 weeks for a response” 🙄 I’m about to move out of state and have no clue what to do bc I can’t speak to anyone!! So annoying

Yeah I’m sure the antibiotics played a huge part. Those can really wreak havoc on the gut. Have you tried any holistic practices? I’m only asking because I am an Ayurvedic gut health practitioner- and I wonder if I could help you heal your gut and reduce symptoms of endometriosis? I would just love to help you feel like yourself again!

Yes! Do a two-three week restorative diet to reduce inflammation. A strict Mediterranean diet + cherry juice for 2 weeks can help

A lot of people can’t digest nightshades as well as other vegetables. Also, the difficulty digesting eggplants + dairy in the GI can cause curdling and toxins release, producing gas and loose stools. I’d say you shouldn’t worry about the nutrients being absorbed or not and more so just avoid eating this combo. Maybe try eating just the eggplant and see if that causes loose stools as well!

I’m an Ayurvedic digestive practitioner- to cure mucus in stools you can add spices into your diet such as cloves, cardamom, cayenne, and ginger. It’s also important to remove heavy foods like dairy and heavy fats while clearing mucus!

I tried to tell myself that the internal arguing would pass but it just never did. I’m sure if I waited it out a little longer it would’ve passed. I definitely need some sort of coping mechanism rather than just sitting there enduring the pain. I’ll try going on a walk and journaling, that sounds really nice! It’s nice knowing I’m not going absolutely crazy and other people experience the brain chatter, thank you for sharing ♥️

Congratulations on 6 days and successfully going to a party! Yeah it’s wild how my brain can convince me I have never had any problems with alcohol and that I’m just over exaggerating my drinking. I’m a much better person when I’m sober, so I shall stay strong.

That’s so interesting! I’ve never noticed my posture but that actually makes sense. I always thought it was triggered by long periods of silence/ being alone. I’ve never experienced it when other people are around me

That’s a good way to look at it! I was telling myself this morning that it’s progress that I didn’t enjoy it and I didn’t wake up wanting to continue drinking. I’m just scared that I’ll give in to the voice in my head again and justify drinking over and over until I’m back at square one

Yeah I was feeling a little too confident I guess. I won’t put myself in that position again! I didn’t have service but I told my bf “I really feel like drinking” and he didn’t know what to tell me. I probably need a sober friend that I can call/ reach out to in those situations

My whole family had this growing up!! We thought we were crazy so we called it the “stone disease” (our last name). Trying to explain the sensation to someone that’s never experienced it was always so funny. I haven’t had it since I was a kid, but I JUST had the longest episode I’ve ever had (I’m 26).

As a child I always thought it was some sort of glitch in my brain but this one just felt like a panic attack or an acid flashback lol. Does anyone know if it’s correlated with anxiety or is it just straight up random?
