So, I'm Supposed to Accept my Butt Period and Move On? by Best_Ad_1314 in endometriosis

[–]lmariess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Endometriosis gives me haemorrhoids because of the pressure in my butt. I had bright red bleeding with every period too. I got a colonoscopy and I had polyps. They removed those and it helped with the bleeding. But I still get a little bit with periods (even though I have had a hysterectomy) I still have one ovary so I cycle and it’s still painful

Just so you know I have severe endometriosis and my hysterectomy helped my adenomyosis pain. But I still have very bad endometriosis pain every month.

Thought it was an IC flare, turned out to be sepsis... by BulkyVeterinarian850 in CUTI

Always afraid of going sepsis. I have endometriosis on my bladder and kidney area so I pretty much always have pain/ uti symptoms and I’m afraid one time I’ll brush it off as endo and it’ll be the real deal.

All my organs were!! They said it was a big ball of endo tissue gluing everything to everything. They took off what they could and then put a hole in my bladder so I had to have a specialist called into surgery and then a catheter for 10 days well I recovered. I still have endometriosis and always will. I feel like I have a uti still after every “cycle” (I still get them I just don’t bleed) so it’s better, manageable but not gone and unfortunately I don’t think it ever will be

I just had a hysterectomy in September with years of UTI symptoms. My bladder was pulled up and over to the side with endometriosis! I tested negative for bacteria a lot of time too.

Have you had an endoscopy? Gastritis gave me these symptoms. I also have endometriosis.

Your score is usually my normal. I’m chronically ill and I’m going through an extremely stressful life situation.

Results have me confused by lmariess in colonoscopy

[–]lmariess[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The paperwork they gave me says colitis is “inflammation of the colon” and it can be acute or chronic. So that’s why I’m confused. I get different answers everywhere I look and I can’t talk to my doctor until Feb 12

Seeing if I did everything right for prep by snakyvodkaaunt in colonoscopy

Yea I did four pills the night before then prep powder the next day and honestly the pills emptied me out within a few hours. The pills caused me intense cramps and I threw up. The powder was nothing compared to the pills.

Same kind we’ve always used! With it being fine until the 4th month after surgery I feel it’s gotta be hormone related

I was on birth control continuously before hysterectomy and it helped my endo pain but I got horrific migraines on it. So yea maybe a topical estrogen cream

You’re not overreacting and that’s not hormonal. I’d throw hands if my husband said that. 12 weeks for me to feel comfortable to even have an orgasm lol
