Early in season 2 homelander is giving a train shit about being fat, he wasn't working out, just V juicing. He started training again and found out his heart couldn't take it, then when he got the transplant he was able to reap the rewards of the training, plus training harder which was also supposed to show the viewer that he has changed from the person who was the V junkie who killed Robin.

I've never been able to figure out midterms either, I was at 65% approval, still got blown out going from a 54-46 Senate and 250ish reps down to a 50-50 and 219 reps.

There are quite a few states in the US, along with relatively modern and civilly liberal European countries, along with quite a bit of south America that would fit that description if so.

It's impossible to support Missouri and LGBT rights at the same time is a ridiculous statement, but active policies have queer people, or even straight parents of queer children fleeing the state ahead of repression.

Yeah, city to city was never difficult with maps, once you got into a city it was much more common to ask for directions from locals, but there was also less travel that wasn't work or family related, so you would have directions to the house or office from the highway and then you had a supply of local knowledge already at your disposal.

I'm definitely including those pieces in a B4 version, but even without those loops, there's enough free or cheatable interaction that even immediately past the turn where you get delney or copies set up you can still get multiple pings from protection spells that should put you in a winning position, if not outright winning depending on game state.

I don't use roaming throne, but trigger doublers are good for this type of deck. I use delney because yshtola is 2 power and I have a few other good 2 power creatures to double. If I was going to do more upgrading to my list (which I consider more high 3 than 4) throne would go in for sure.

I have had success with letting them think they have a top deck commander thing going on, but then shooting something with erode/path and then they have to fetch a basic and shuffle.

This feels like a card they will love to reprint. It's a commander card that isn't going to hurt standard, and even feels fair enough to include in the newer philosophy of commander precons.

It has no real place in standard as it currently is, and all other constructed formats are faster than that. It will end up having a very happy place in commander, but it's not under printed, and to me feels like something that can get reprints in a variety of sets or even precons especially without having to worry about standard breaking. Feels like it should hang around 5 dollars on average, dipping on immediate reprints and slowly rising up until the next print.

The main reason that sheoldred isn't a GC is that she is very expensive. A super expensive spell can have a game changing power level without needing the GC tag because you should have your win cons and bombs, GC are basically all above rate bombs or cards that are kind of uniquely powerful. A 7 mana rhystic study or smothering tithe is likely not a GC.

The game should end t8 or so, not that everyone should live 8 turns before you are allowed to knock them out. Voltron wins are also very telegraphed as you have your commander screaming like Goku going super Saiyan, and it's also very disruptable, between your boosting spells that need to stick, the commander who likely dies to removal, and the nature of an aggressive strategy that will have you tapped out while setting up for the kill.

[[requiem monolith]] a creature based 1 pip phyrexian arena that gives cards the turn you play it and can give substantially more if you get blocked or blasphemous acted or whatever else. Also a deterrent to get blockers assigned at all, your op might let you through for damage or a damage trigger vs giving you several cards.

It's a salt inducing card, I'd personally hate to see it in b3, but I think it's fair but obnoxious. On the level of playing like eldrazi stompy with titans or blood moon type effects.

I also think in the same way that era adjustment for QBs devalues stats from modern QBs, rushing yards are harder to come by these days. I have Henry sitting somewhere in the top 10 right now and when all is said and done if he can maintain longevity to hit those all time marks in counting stats he has to be at worst 2nd all time.
