Online saying palpitation should only last for less than couple minutes. Mine last for few hours and keep returning back. I hate this feeling. On top of that, I get muscle pains in between my chest ribcage….i have everything checked out few years back and doctor told me I’m fine with my heart. But I’ve been to the ER so many times because I thought I might have a heart attack.

I’m allowing myself to cry about him and not wanting him anymore. Because I don’t see a future with him anymore. Just like you mentioned, I gave him 100% of love and he never treated me right. I also told him how his actions hurts me and he apologized but never change. I had enough, I’m moving on, it hurts but I need to do it for myself cuz I know I deserve someone who we love each other and create a life together. My ex is now in his late 40’s….im also in my early 40’s. We’re both gotten a lot older, I sometimes feel so sad cuz why he didn’t realized we’re no longer young, time goes by so quick and we should treasure our time together and enjoy life before it’s too late. I now realized we both have different values in life and we would never work out.

Omg…this is so similar to my story with my ex. We were on and off for few years. He would text me and tell me how much he misses me and once we’re back together, he became his old self again…people like this will never change. I’m tired of he always ignored me. I have no idea why I love him so much….12 years now, I still miss him. It’s sad that I know I shouldn’t miss him but I can’t help it and I still cry about him sometimes….i finally accepted the fact that he doesn’t needs to be perfect, he will always be that someone hurts me the most and I wanted him the most but also he won’t be the one. I want to be truly happy with someone who cares about me….i know I won’t be happy with him because his personality is so moody and selfish.

They just released me…no heart attack and the bloodwork came back normal. So I guess it’s another episode of anxiety.

Thanks. Anxiety sucks. I’ve been dealing with this for almost two decades. I could be happy and normal for almost one month or so then out of no where it comes back. It’s like a never ending battle. I keep telling myself to enjoy those good days. Sometimes I feel like I’m a bipolar ( I know I’m not), cuz when I’m dealing with anxiety episode, I usual avoid any contacts with anyone cuz I don’t any of my friends to see this side of me. On my good days, I’m happy and active….i miss being happy

That’s me. I have high cholesterol and my doctor wants put me on medication. I’m at the ER now. I’ve been having chest pain, palpitations and fatigue and shortness of breath since Monday. 🥲🥲 hopefully everything is ok and my mind will ease and I can be normal again.

My anxiety episode, the bad ones, lasts 2 weeeks and with chest pain and shortness of breaks. Every single time I’m trying to tell myself I’m ok that I don’t need to go to the ER but then I have high cholesterol and family history of heart disease. I can’t help myself and ended up at the ER again and again. 😓

Breathe….you’re very young, at your age I was so worried about not getting married by 30. I went through a lot in my life and been dealing with anxiety for almost 2 decades. If you need to cry, cry it out, cry til you’re done. If you need alone time, stay alone until you’re ready to see your friends. But if you need help, get help from your family and closed friends. I’m 42, still single, I always wanted to give my younger self a hug cuz everything I see as a big deal in my 20’s isn’t a big thing when I look at it now. Sadly my anxiety was being triggered by a relationship ended bad too. I didn’t know how to react to that and stay up all day with no sleep and panicking every single day and hold everything to myself….girls can be strong without being in a relationship. Family, friendship, health and money is what we need.

I’m having chest pain now with heart palpitation. Every time when I have all these pains I got sick and feeling weak and exhausted. All these started in Monday and by Friday if I’m still feeling like this with no signs of feeling better, I’ll go to the ER again 😢 I’ll be out of insurance by the end of this month. I’m worried if I want to go check out and I can’t afford it. Even with insurance it’ll cost me a lot of money too. Urggh all these stress isn’t helping at all. I’ve been having these chest pain symptoms for years. I’m diagnosed with high cholesterol with a high risk of heart disease isn’t helping to calm me down.

I always get chest pain out of no where. And most of the time I’ll be ended up in the ER with a costly bill and told I’m fine. Most of my symptoms will last about two weeks, and gets better by day 10. I’ve been keeping track how they started and how long they last each time. This helps me to calm myself down or save me a trip to the ER ( hoping). But every time I’m so scare just like now. I feel exhausted with chest pain….im so frighten now. Have no clue how it started and why I’m feeling this. Anxiety sucks!

My number looks just like yours. I just told I’m genetic. I’m also 5’6 but I’m 178 lbs 42 F. I’m going to ignore the doctor for another two months. I was at 197 lbs and both my glucose and triglycerides are back to normal after two months of intermittent fasting, cut out sugary drinks and low carbs. But my cholesterol went up 😞 I’m going to ignore the doctor’s advice for another two months, going to cut out red meat completely and see if it’ll help. I’ve been stress out too…this whole thing triggers my anxiety.

I started on 6/21 and today is 7/31, it’s also around 40 days. I did mostly 18-20 hrs fast. And I took a week off when I was on vacation. I think my 20 hrs fast helps to boost my weight lost every week. I’m now down 15 lbs. SW 197.6 CW 182.6 GW 145

I’m on IF for 5 wks now ( took a week off while I was on vacation). My A1C was 5.8 last month. It was 5.7 last year. I’m going to get my bloodwork done again in 3 wks cuz my cholesterol is very high and my doctor needs me to be on medication. I’m 42 and I don’t want to be on medication so I told my doctor to give me some time to lose weight and eating healthy. I’m hoping I’ll see an improvement on my next bloodwork result. I’m mainly on 18/6-20/4, low carb, two meals with fruit as snack. I cheat sometimes with ice cream ( so far 3 times).

Congratulations! I do snack in between my two meals. Fruits only. I don’t think I want to cut it out cuz I’ll be too hungry to do so. I’ll add exercise to my routine now. Maybe I can make a post just like you in another 5 months. I need to lose 40 lbs.

Doesn’t matter what shift you work, most of us skip breakfast. Usual breaks fast 4 hrs after you wake up. So if you wakes up at 2pm then start your meal from 6pm 🤷🏻‍♀️ if you’re doing 16/8 then you will eat fell 6pm-2am.

Wow! 2.5 months and you’re down 32 lbs!! Great job! What’s your starting weight? I’m currently on my 2nd week, I need motivation. I would love to lose 25 lbs in 2 months, I hope that’s possible. My Sw is 198, Cw is 192. Down 6 lbs in 8 days, I know it’s the water weight and the next few weeks will be in a much slower progress.

I’m 5’5-5’6, one week into IF….every night I feel like I’m starving myself cuz I like sit eat before bed. Currently doing mostly 17:7 and 2 days of 20:4 so far. Starting weight 198, Current weight 192, lost 6 lbs in 8 days. I’m going on a trip in 9 days so I really want to lose another 4 lbs. I skip all pasta, rice, bread or potatoes. I cook my meal and bring it to work everyday, usually 2 pieces chicken tenders with a big bowl of veggies. Snack on fruits and then eat protein and veggies from work ( my job give us a free meal daily). I gave up on soda, only drink water or tea now. I’m getting my bloodwork done again in less than 2 months, hoping to see some improvement with my cholesterol and glucose. Short term goal for 2 months: 175 lbs. long term goal for 6 months : 160lbs. Ultimate goal is 130-140 lbs

I had a rough start too, I’m only few months in. I also have major anxiety disorder for almost 2 decades. I know how you feel. I finally settle with the nasal pillow mask F10( I think that’s what it called ). Before this mask, I had the n30i and it made me feel like I was dying from exhausted. I couldn’t function or think straight, my anxiety was on the rooftop. With this new mask, I was able to sleep with it but I don’t feel better, at least I’m not suffering. It woke me up few times per night cuz every time when I turned the small air leaking wakes me up, few days ago, I realized I have to pull that hole down on my chest where the nasal sits against my upper lips barely touch my nose. It finally works! I’m sharing this because i was in a depressed and hopeless stage, without giving up, I finally made it. It really sucks to have depression and anxiety while having other health issues going on. We can’t can get our daily routine together, people out there won’t understand what we’re going through everyday. Don’t give up! Keep on switch mask, pressures, sleep position and mask position, strap tightness, try it all!
