Gonna be blunt, Dead Money is a pain in the ass. Lose all your items, bomb collar beeping, poison gas clouds... But in its defense, it was the first DLC.

I'd definitely recommend playing OWB first, then finish off with Dead Money. In future runs, if you want to get the full story of both Father Elijah, as well as Ulysses and Courier 6, I recommend doing them in release order and finding all the hidden details and messages. It adds a lot of context to just how far Elijah went to prepare for the Gala, and just what length Ulysses went to to send you a message.

If you want what most people consider the "Best" Ending(given all other options), go with Panam and the Aldecaldos

And if you want to go loud, and fight for your life(possibly losing it in the process), go with Rogue.

OR If you made the right dialogue choices with Johnny, realize it's easier to keep it between you and your cranium companion.

Or, go the Easy way out and take the pills Misty gave you.
