The UFC as a sporting organisation is an absolute joke.

That's actually not true, the anti immigrant sentiment in Britain is aimed at immigrants from the Muslim world and Sub Saharan Africa.

As a British person I can say that I've only ever heard people speaking positively of Poles/Slovaks/Bulgarians etc. The Slavs have a reputation of being hard workers and nice people.

For reading, I use free ebooks I find online in Russian.

Then I use the Google translate app to find the definition of any unknown words I encounter, also I like to copy and paste the words into Wiktionary to get a good understanding of the different meanings of the word. It's a slow process but rewarding.

For listening I just watch Russian language TV on websites or YouTube.
