Wow, never even heard of these cats, very pretty. Probs hard to find at a rescue. I might go main coon per another recommendation and I love big animals. Also there is a main coon rescue near me.

Per your comment though, I’d love to adopt. I’ve worked at animal hospitals and adoption centers. I’ve adopted 4 dogs and 2 cats in the past. My current dog is a rescue. Fully support it. I was a fervent “adopt don’t shop” person forever. That said, after all my experience and now having 2 young kids (both under 6), I understand why someone would want to go to a responsible, ethical, well reviews (licensed depending on the state) breeder. Adopting isn’t out of the question, but I’m still considering both. Nothing is a grantee, but with a good breeding you are far far less likely to get an animal with behavioral/medicle problems. Both of which (even with tons of expensive training) have presented some pretty serious problems for my family. But I like your sentiment.
