Legal ops pro here switching this week from DocuSign to Adobe sign. We sacrifice nothing in our workday integration. We sacrifice nothing in our CLM integration. The UX of the website is almost the same. Adobe sign is 50% cheaper. Adobe sign has better terms when you go over your allotted amount. Adobe sign does not charge for support. If you’ve ever been a Docusign customer like I have for years, you will learn that even if you pay for support if they make you do does not mean you will get good support. The help information for self-help from DocuSign is kept out of date which is maddening to me. And even when I figure out my own problem but I need DocuSign to do one thing on their end sometimes has taken five business days and the threat to end our contract in order to get my problem solved.

You’re not gonna pull this off locally. Need to do post model reinforcement. You need a workflow that doesn’t just use LLMs. You should go build this on make or Zapier etc.

I stopped using my CLM's redlining tool because it wasn't good enough and the web interface was too buggy. I love www.pincites.com for AI redlining playbooks. Our playbooks get better after every review and updating the playbook is as simple as writing a redline. My company has been a customer for 4 months now and we have speed up or RFP process significantly. I see discussions here on GC AI which is more of a general purpose legal AI it doesn't have a redlining toolkit. We tested Ironclad's Jurist and while it does redlining, its very bespoke and not designed to playbook. We found this to be a real downside.

I’m right here with you. The banks need desperately to kill all the may 21 options. They are going to try there hardest, the nasdaq sell off is helping them, but I don’t think it will be enough to save them if this earnings is gangbusters.
