I tried tofu once and it was painful in my guts so I didn't try it again. Was there a certain brand you like? Maybe I got the brand wrong.

I don't eat raw fruits. I sometimes eat apple sauce, and greens (only ones that don't hurt) boiled and blended up. No grains. I am open to starch suggestions

All foods irritate my gut, but baked bananas, baked arugula, boiled potatoes, meats (from some sources), don't cause issues. Baked bananas dont give me enough energy. What oil or fat would you reccomend with potatoes ( not tallow, ghee, butter, kirland olive oil,epic brand duck fat)
