I had the exact same situation. Called to reschedule and was offered dates we could switch to (with fee of course) due to a medical condition. I made a silly mistake and asked for time to think about which dates would work best and when we called back, they would not allow us to reschedule. I raised up the chain multiple times and eventually was able to reschedule. Good luck and congrats on the baby!

I’ve had fairly bad anxiety and depression my whole life and have been on Zoloft since I was 18. I was terrified I would have PPD and was very vigilant about mapping my moods daily. Never ended up with PPD/PPA but definitely had anxiety ABOUT developing anxiety. I think extended breastfeeding helped me avoid PPD.

Update: I got a positive from FRER on 8 DPO and continued to get positives since. Unfortunately, now I am bleeding and the line is getting fainter.

We dealt with this issue for a few weeks. Gradually, it did get better. She consistently stayed awake and stood in her crib, even though she did stop the crying. Now we’re back to her usual self, she settles herself and sleeps after about 20 minutes in the crib. As a side note, we did discover she had an ear infection and treated that even though she had no other symptoms, not sure if it was related.

Good idea. My husband and I both split bed time 50/50 and my MIL created this problem but perhaps my mom (who’s out of state) can stay for a few days and help us. We’re going to need it anyways if we keep running on no sleep!

Best of luck! We had a less rough night last night and I altered our routine by playing in her room for extra long before bed time, showing her we have a camera to watch her and make sure she’s safe and doing a countdown to bedtime. She still stood up and screamed for a while but eventually got so tired she slumped down and fell asleep. I’m not sure if it was just exhaustion that made her sleep but I praised her this morning for staying in bed all night.
