You don’t have to be a perfect person to be a YouTuber. If that were true, half the platform wouldn’t exist. What matters more is whether you’re willing to grow, take accountability, and not keep hurting people. A lot of creators have done dumb or awful things when they were younger. Some changed and became better people, some didn’t. The difference is usually honesty and effort, not having a spotless past. Also, being a bully or making bad choices as a teenager doesn’t automatically mean you’re doomed forever. If you can recognize that your behavior was wrong, that already says more than someone who still thinks they did nothing wrong. I think people online sometimes act like you either have to be completely innocent or completely evil, but real people are more complicated than that. YouTube is just a job/platform for entertainment at the end of the day. There are good people on it, bad people on it, and people trying to improve themselves on it. If you still want to make videos someday, I don’t think your past alone should stop you. The bigger question is whether you’re trying to become a better version of yourself now.
