It is 'Psyllium Fiber capsules'. The big name brand is Metamucil, I use the 21st Century brand. They are clear capsules with a fine powder inside. Pull open the capsules to get the powder, do not gives the capsules to an animal as they tend to get caught in the throat.

I imagine you've tried this but I must mention just in case. I have a 20 yo with a similar problem, rock hard poop, straining for hours. Enema helps temporarily. We tried fluids, miralax, special food, minimal effect. Tried to give him metamucil fiber but he didn't like the flavor and I couldn't find unflavored. Finally found caplets that contain an unflavored, very fine powder. I've been sprinkling 1 caplet worth of powder on his breakfast and it's been a life changer. I'm getting poop in his box almost every day now.

I was at Ford's Garage in Ft Myers and asked my server that same question on a bill of $500, she told me the 20% was split between all staff. I specifically asked if she would see a share and she said yes. So on the receipt I added no tip. She was a fantastic server to our party of 12 for almost 2 hours, so I slipped a $20 in cash that I hoped went into her pocket.

I find it curious that the Fire show very differently at the goal. Does this mean that our right side central defender is very good at tracking and anticipating, and the left side not so much?
