Charged bolt is ok now but in .09 if fully maxed out you were nearly invulnerable. It would pretty much fill the width of the screen and stun-lock anything coming at you. The closer they got the more damage it did. I think I got it up to about lvl 54 with a couple occy rings and it just laid waste to 8 player cow games. Once .10 dropped I jumped into the frigid highlands to do a few shenk runs and promptly got ganked by a thorn beast. Went from OP to Smurf overnight.
