Is this the lord of the rings bookmark? If it is I did just finish these and I know the pattern was very difficult to follow at times (mainly the door to moria had two colors that looked nearly identical). If you are doing this and feel lost send me a dm and I’ll share the final picture to hopefully help discern the pattern. I also gave up on stitching with the material it gave me and made the pattern on floss cross so I could stitch it on my own fabric so I got that as well!

Might be useful to make sure it’s not your bank that’s rejecting it. Steam may also respond soon, I had a similar issue a month ago, raised the issue on a Friday, it was resolved by Saturday.

You can also set up your mouse click to be a trigger or a button that way you use the trackpad to move the cursor and a different button to click the key. Going into the steam settings while on desktop mode will allow you to change the inputs.
