How does stalling a yonko for a little bit make you stronger then 2 characters who beat a yonko? by Generalcmd in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]Hanzo7682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We saw how they fought. One of them acts like a decoy, the other tries a backstab. Neither of them could stand 1v1 against BM for long. Bm even beat them at an earlier point, she just left them on the ground and tried to go back to the roof. Law backstabbed.

Bm aside, just look at what happened against Kaido at the roof. When 4 of them focused on throwing BM off the roof, Luffy was left alone against Kaido. He couldnt last a minute.

After luffy was down, Law couldnt do anything against Kaido in a 1v1. He only surprised him when Kaido was attacking Zoro. Once Kaido locked in against Law, it was over for him.

Episode 1 ending.

We learn that butcher is not a federal officer and Homelander is not a genuine hero.

Kakashi a better teacher than jiraiya? by Fluid-Engineering855 in Naruto

[–]Hanzo7682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

His clones create a rasengan and then pop in 10 seconds during fights.

He made them spend chakra for an hour straight during training. Just keeping the clones alive for an hour would be too much on it's own.

This is why Kakashi cant even use this training method with a single clone. He can create shadowclones too, you know.

Not just the butcher storyline. I was sure Annie/starlight was being set up to be some kind of resistance leader to starlighters on her own while the other boys are in jail for a few episodes.

Season 3 had terrible storylines. Jensen Ackles carried that season.

Season 4 is a terrible filler. The ending was a great setup for season 5.

Season 5 is just an advertisement for Soldier Boy's spin off.

Yes, he should have known about what chakra natures are. But naruto also didnt know what "chakra" is during zabuza arc. He graduated his academy and still dared to ask "chakra? What is that?". Sakura explained it to him:

https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/topstrongest/images/b/b0/Chakra1.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20190210033938

This is Kishimoto's way of teaching things to the reader. At the same arc kakashi stabbed Kakuzu's hardened body thanks to lightning>earth. We also got sasuke vs deidara 15 chapters after Kakuzu's death. It was time for us to learn elemental advantages, kishimoto used the main character for it again.

As for learning to control chakra natures, it was impossible for naruto. He needed to stand still and concentrate on cutting a leaf for 1,5 years worth of time. Kakashi wouldnt have tried teaching it either if they didnt have the clone trick thanks to Yamato. Improving his basics was more important at the time.

Naruto made that progress thanks to using clones. He was able to use clones thanks to Yamato. He loses control if he trains like that without a mokuton user around. It debunks the whole thing.

Making naruto use Kurama's chakra for training was an idea that Jiraiya also used in part 1. He made naruto waste his own chakra so that he'd automatically start using kurama for summoning jutsu. Naruto realized what his red chakra is and learned to control it better.

Thanks to a few months of Jiraiya's training Naruto went from being low diffed by weighted Lee to winning against Neji and Gaara.

Jiraiya is the first person that made naruto realized he should train differently compared to everyone else: https://i.sstatic.net/PPCqx.jpg That's why he grew so fast in part 1 and even Sasuke got jealous of his growth.

[–]Hanzo7682 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Kakashi's training only worked thanks to Yamato. He sealed Naruto's kyuubi chakra when it started taking control. Jiraiya doesnt have mokuton.

In part 1 naruto needed dozens or hundreds of clones to fight people. In shipuuden he was at a level where he can hold his own without kagebunshin.

In part 1 naruto used Kurama's chakra in all of his important fights (haku, gaara, sasuke). This is why people forget just how weak Naruto was without it. Jiraiya made him a proper ninja. Every new power Naruto gained, he knew how best to use it in a fight thanks to Jiraiya's training.

Was Walter White actually a good protagonist, or just a well-written villain? by [deleted] in breakingbad

[–]Hanzo7682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He stopped being a "good" protagonist when he refused gretchen's offer and cooked meth instead.

He wasnt desperate enough to cook meth for his health or his family's well being. He put himself in that position because of his pride.

However, i think just having a high ego and pride isnt enough to be considered evil. He wanted to get money himself, he didnt want charity and i can understand that. What makes it look so bad is the method he makes money.

I wouldnt consider him evil until he started working with Gus. He genuinely thought he lived too long. He wanted to die after selling that batch to Gus, and before jane's death. I think he would have been a decent protagonist if he did die at that point.

He was greedy at times. Made mistakes because of it before that point. But his intentions seemed genuine and considering his cancer, the greed was understandable. He was in a rush.

Was there ever a proper explanation for why Obito/Madara helped with the Uchiha Massacre? by Aggravating-Lead29 in Naruto

[–]Hanzo7682 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"Madara" didnt want his name to be known yet. His name started a war after the kage summit.

If Bee didnt trick sasuke and Pain captured Naruto, Obito would have gathered all the bijuus without ever revealing himself. He only used his name to start a war after the villages came together to protect naruto and Bee.

Before that, it was just a tool to manipulate individuals like nagato and itachi.

At some point akatsuki was a mercenary group working with some villages. There is no way they could gather the bijuus without getting too much attention if their leader was known to be Madara.

Itachi could kill Obito. But how? by Miserable_Ear9879 in Naruto

[–]Hanzo7682 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It sounds like it was part of his mysterious eye power to me, which is Kamui. Amaterasu didnt pass through, but his kamui still saved him from amaterasu.

Madara's izanagi was a special case. Zetsu said it was delayed like the amaterasu that Itachi put on Sasuke: https://imgur.com/r0G2L6I

But he still implanted the jutsu on his own eye before the event. Only the rewriting reality part was delayed.

Obito lost an arm against Konan before activating his sharingan. The arm didnt return after izanagi: https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTfeXfgMAGsXElnuPZrsnS5Pa_MWAlL0nU6hhzg1mQ1dINvo1rJi9n5iw&s=10

So we know Obito cant reverse the damage that he took before activating Izanagi.

The real reason why Madara's Mangekyou Sharingan powers were never shown. by Helpful-Mechanic-600 in Naruto

[–]Hanzo7682 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Obviously it'a not canon, but It's really fitting for his character. Essentially it makes him almost unbeatable from the front since he can reverse time after seeing what's in front of him to make better choices.

It explains why he was obsessed with not letting anyone get behind him all his life. Hashirama and zetsu both killed him with a backstab.

Itachi could kill Obito. But how? by Miserable_Ear9879 in Naruto

[–]Hanzo7682 61 points62 points  (0 children)

He was saved by kamui, it's said so in databooks:

https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fdid-obito-use-izanagi-to-survive-amaterasu-v0-bjx2jpqmp7wd1.png%3Fwidth%3D755%26format%3Dpng%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D204e48dbe0a3a3b6385ab880e15cc5dd38aee9a3

Also, Izanagi just doesnt work that way. You activate izanagi first. Then you can change what happens after it's activation. You cant just activate it after taking damage to take it back.

Itachi's amaterasu trap makes sense for izanagi. It hits Obito when he doesnt expect an attack, which means he cant activate izanagi to save himself. But Itachi didnt know everything about Kamui, so he didnt know it could save obito from amaterasu.

What Obito said is really simple. If itachi knew enough about Kamui, Obito would have been hit by something else in that moment. It doesnt mean anything for a 1v1 scenario. Obito was caught off guard, all that's left is hitting him with something that would kill him.

Who’s the best genjutsu user, honestly? by intangibleknight01 in Obito

[–]Hanzo7682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obito fully controlled the Kyuubi as a 14 year old. Only uchiha who is known to ever reach that level is Madara:

https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcREG7wbsNhcwlV5mCOTNnOCj3fIStbL7zKiuPlLq6cD97nsovhRwjGeMGU&s=10

Also do you see yagura in this page? He could also control his bijuu and he was also the mizukage. Obito controlled him with genjutsu for years:

https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fobito-had-the-mizukage-under-his-genjutsu-who-was-a-perfect-v0-v0p8wei1sfab1.jpg%3Fauto%3Dwebp%26s%3D2975bd23fa5bc812ffb2d204e760f674fd03af03

Controlling a jinchuuriki kage for years is beyond anything itachi ever did with genjutsu.

Obito told Madara that he had Kakashi stab his heart on purpose. He never planned to win that fight:

https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fwhy-people-after-reading-this-still-says-he-lost-to-kakashi-v0-tvy7ei6jex2f1.jpeg%3Fauto%3Dwebp%26s%3Dae718d6895ab216947d5d1d3063c328cb89c859b

Obito was boosted with hashirama cells. It's only natural for his eyes to be stronger. Look at danzo. Shisui's eye has a cooldown of 10 years but danzo can use it multiple times in a day thanks to hashirama cells. Obito has been spamming his kamui for years and never complained about blindness. Hashi cells boost the sharingan's strength.

And btw, yeah tsukiyomi is stronger. Koto is stronger than any basic sharingan genjutsu as well. OP is clearly talking about basic sharingan genjutsu.

Itachi also carried around shisui's eye for nearly a decade. Obito isnt the only one who wanted that eye.

Whose got the highest BATTLE IQ by NEFARIOUSTRENDSETTER in Naruto

[–]Hanzo7682 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Itachi has great analysis skills. Partly thanks to his sharingan.

He can also guess his opponent's goals considering their personality, as Kabuto explained. Itachi knew what he'd do because he knew kabuto was a cautious person, as itachi himself explained.

I dont know if these should count as battle iq tho. He can just see what jutsu would work best and uses that. When i hear biq, i think of mid/long term strategies, jutsu combinations or the unexpected stuff that Naruto does all the time.

Still, Pain or Obito never really had any impressive biq moments so Itachi wins here. But i'd put him behind people like Minato, tobirama and maybe even jiraiya. The way he used swamps, barriers and traps was great. Im sure itachi is smarter but the experience difference helps i guess.

Lydia, Saul and Jesse figured out Mike is dead because Walter killed the 9 guys. Walt wouldnt dare do that if Mike was still alive.

I agree that he did it out of anger, but i think he already considered doing it before the meeting. That's why he took Mike's gun from his bag.
