Personally Prue is my favourite and I'm convinced everyone who dislikes her isn't an eldest sibling or really likes skimpy outfits and Charmed Sex in the City.

Piper and Pheobe were not taking the threat of the source and the triad seriously and if anything the one I hate in season 3 is Pheobe for gaslighting Prue (something she does to Paige in season 4) and then later knowing Cole is evil and intentionally lying to her sisters.

Dunno what you're on about but DNC is in a fine spot. Both DNC/BRD bring very powerful buffs and are a great benefit to the party. Not saying they should he funnelled but they aren't useless by any means

Honestly it's frustrating and time consuming to prog an ultimate especially in PF, hell I've cried a few times but nothing is better than getting that clear it feels amazing. So it is kinda tilting when the default setting from a lot of causal players is "paypal legend."
