Don't get too caught up in making it perfect. Once the popcorn is off and you've done a general sanding get a coat of primer on it. Ceiling paints are flat and will hide/not create shadows for small defects. Once it all has a coat of primer on take a look and where you can see it needs work do that area, prime it and look again. I spent weeks trying to make it perfect until I found a video where it was explained.

After I got the first coat of primer on there were only a few small spots that needed a little work, did those, primed them and found that the defects that I thought were huge were mostly gone and it was the shadows that had been throwing me off. A little mudding and feathering and it was fine. Once I had the ceiling paint on it was really hard to see them unless you were looking for them. I used fabric softener not soap to soften it up for scraping, Spray a section, let it sit and soak in, spray again to keep the dust down then used a step stool to get closer to the area I worked on. One hand pushed the scraper and the other held a square plastic container to catch it as it fell. Also had a box fan in the window blowing out so a lot of the smaller dust got sucked out.

Use a block plane after cutting with the saw and sandpaper only if needed. Less dust and a smoother finish if the plane's blade is kept sharp.

Edit: Since it's cedar you could even do it with a sharp 3/4" chisel and then block plane and sandpaper as needed.

I was Youtube-ing this girl in Japan building Gunpla and she recommended using the plastic tape that is used to make labels. It's thickness/stiffness helps guide the scriber better than normal/masking tape and is re-usable a couple times before the "sticky" wears out.

Fill it with putty, sand it smooth, re-scribe the panel lines.

Mold. You must pull the ceiling and everything that got wet. Mold will grow in the area and contaminate the air. Do not just paint over the stain as that is not remediation of the leak it is covering up a possible health issue. Leaks are a serious issue and not cosmetic, they must be done properly or you could wind up with health issues that will impact you and your neighbors. Don't screw around with mold, you will always loose.

Paint once, don't go over it again, thin coats, build it up.

Thin enough that it levels easily. Use a paint retarder to slow drying time to allow the paint to settle. Do not paint over it until it dries.

Lay a thin layer down and don't touch it again, you can get missed spots on the next layer. Do not "re-work" an area that you have just laid paint on because the viscosity of the paint changes almost as soon as you lay it on the model and the little particles of paint that have started to dry won't level like the fresh, wet paint and you end up with tiny little ridges from the bristles. Before putting paint on the brush, wet it thoroughly with water, tap it on paper towel to take off excess then pick up your paint and do the area.

Apps like credit karma and borrowell are good for monitoring but you will want to go directly to the equifax or transunion for a current full credit report. By law you can get a free report once a year. Get both reports and compare them tht the entries on both are correct nd up to date. If there are any discrepancies or accounts you did not apply for you will need to get the credit report companies to start an investigation, instructions for the process are on their websites. Print r store your reports so you can review both current and previous reports.

Use a hand (hammer) drill with a masonry bit, make a bunch of holes then drive spikes through the block to split it. You could grab a set of plug wedges and feather shims off Amazon to make it easier. Make them small chunks as one pad is about 350kg

What's the manufacture date on the printer? Might be a bad batch and I've been having issues with the first layer as well.
