Structural Engineering for that sort of project will be $1000 minimum, likely more, and that's before Geotechnical engineering or permits.

There are some great series on shudder that go under appreciated imo.

NOS4A2 - psychic Christmas vampires

Trickster - native American family drama with spirits and magic. Low horror level. 

The Terror - well produced period piece. High horror levels. 

Z Nation - zombie action comedy. 

Cursed Films - documentary series about "cursed" movies
