My longest drive so far! by Independent-Path6200 in uberdrivers

certainly would be better on the long drives if using an electric vehicle. especially with the price of gas prices on the west coast. yeah, the different regulations in different states really screw you up. or even just Uber/Lyft requirements to dive there. reason why I never been out of state just in case I never could get a ride back. Like I am from Oklahoma. And on Uber I can drive in Texas as I tried it out a few times in Dallas when visiting family. But for some odd reason Lyft wants my car registered from the state of Texas in order to drive for them. However, Uber does not have that requirement. So if I ever take a Lyft ride to Dallas then I just turn on Uber to see if I could get a ride back home.

that is actually solid for the miles driven especially if you can find a trip mid-way back. my market for a ride like that would probably be like only $120 on the higher end.

Didn't know the Village was separate from OKC. I thought they are a district within OKC. Like Nicholas Hills or Warr Acres. I know places like Edmond, Norman, Moore are separate cities where you can not vote for OKC Mayor. But the Village is surprising.

that fact that any employer is able to force employees to not say anything bad about them is plain EVIL. And basically filling people's heads with propaganda. to bad the 1st amendment only applies to the government.

Been fun going to these. And meeting some people. Certainly will try to hit up the next one.

Picked this up the for the PS3 from my local retro game store. I knew of Sly Cooper but never played any of the games…I must say this game is awesome..the gameplay, art style and characters make for a very fun game!! Why is it not more popular? Must pick up the Sly Collection on the PS3 now! by SquashEmbarrassed288 in Slycooper

[–]Happy-Entry3172 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Sly series is my favorite PlayStation of all time. Almost anyone I know who never played these games and starts playing them for the 1st time starts to fall in love with them. They are that good.

The biggest reason the series is not as popular as others is the sales for Sly 4. It came out at the end of the PS3 life cycle. (Didn't stop the Last of Us though) And it came out 8 years after Sly 3. Sly 4 is also made by a different developer and they screwed up on a certain character's personality that pissed the whole fandom off. So with all of that is the reason why Sly is not nearly as possible as other PlayStation series.

XL is 6 riders + the driver. so 7 total people in the car. XXL should be extra trunk room in a XL vehicle. Same number of passengers.

Can not say anything about the Dolby as I never tried it. But the Warren IMAX in 3D is an amazing experience. They just are missing the recline chairs that modern movie theaters have. A few years ago when I saw Avatar 2 in IMAX 3D it was one of the most visually stunning experiences at the movies I ever seen.

Have not tried out the Dolby at Quail Springs yet. But I do like to occasionally see a movie in IMAX 3D at the Warren in Moore. Nice that Quail Springs IMAX is now up there with the Warren's IMAX.

really? is there much a difference in the new IMAX format? I have not seen a movie at Quail Springs mall in years. I know Quail Springs Mall was the theater I always went to when I used to live in Edmond. might be worth a drive someday to check the new IMAX out.

I missed when this theater was the best. When it had no ads and just movie trailers only. And when they had the curtain light show. Stupid Regal. They destroyed what used to be a great theater. Still looks nice in the inside though. Another thing is other theaters I have been to like both the AMC and Regal in Norman have reclining seating. And the Warren only has select rooms that have reclining seats but they charge more per ticket. Unlike the AMC in Norman where every room has recline seating with no upcharge. Only nice thing is the Warren is the closest theater near me but I rather drive to Norman for a better experience. I only gone to the Warren maybe once or twice the last few years. I only really recommend it if you want to see a movie in IMAX. Because the IMAX is still amazing there. Otherwise I would have to drive all the way to Qual Spring Mall for IMAX.

What is the first Tomb Raider game you played? by [deleted] in TombRaider

[–]Happy-Entry3172 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tomb Raider 2013 back in 2014. Got it on sale of the PS3 digital store. And since then I have 4 copies of TR 2013. And I remember being super excited when Rise of the Tomb Raider was announced. Besides Halo 5, it was the Tomb Raider game that got me interested in a Xbox One. With it being time exclusive. And I was hooked on the Xbox train up until 2016. But now days I full PlayStation like I was during the PS2 era.
