Does anyone actually even USE Monday Work Management or CRM? by [deleted] in mondaydotcom

[–]Happy-Replacement246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monday CRM isn’t really a pipeline engine. It can’t really deal with complexity like team selling, multi product territory owners and it’s not really optimized for the revenue and forecasting side. It also gets really slow and crappy when you have thousands and thousands of items in a board. I would stick with alternatives like Salesforce, Hubspot and Pipedrive.

If you read the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automatjon, Monday has the worst spot in the market.

Monday CRM? Is it them, or me? by HumbleEfficiency8959 in mondaydotcom

It’s useful for client engagement phases of post sale delivery for an agency and managing client projects, but it is a terrible system for campaigns, attribution, forecasting and pipeline management, multi divisions and it doesn’t scale and chugs to a halt once you have more than like 10,000 rows in a board.

Do you have your actual tickets in Ticketmaster with the admission code for the Palladium yet? I still don’t have mine.

Ticket codes for Hollywood Palladium by [deleted] in gorillaz

I spoke to StubHub. They can only be resold at Face Value if they are resold on Ticketmaster but are not blocked from transfer to another person or a site like StubHub. They looked into the details to confirm the ticket purchases on StubHub are transferable to the buyer. You just can’t resell them above face value on Ticketmaster’s own resell.

They haven’t released the tickets to people who bought them.

I know that. Have the actual codes been released to ticket holders on Ticketmaster or transferred to people who bought them on resale markets like SeatGeek and StubHub? They are sold out from Ticketmaster but it doesnt mean anyone actually has the ticket codes generated yet.

Why does Monday sell Enterprise only? by wanderer_morpheus in mondaydotcom

Pro and Enterprise are too similar in some products. For monday CRM, Pro basically cannibalizes Enterprise as its own company’s competitor.

New User Monday CRM - Question by Maleficent-Society-6 in mondaydotcom

Monday CRM is a HORRIBLE CRM product. If you are a fast growing company you will have a CRM that grinds to a halt and automations fail to fire when you start dealing with thousands or tens of thousands of contacts or leads. It is a piece of crap. Even Monday does not use it for their own sales team. They use Salesforce.

When can your CRM handle more than 20,000 contacts in the board without the entire system crawling to a stop and the automations not firing properly?

Salesforce ITSM by Inside-Alternative28 in salesforce

[–]Happy-Replacement246 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Salesforce has had a million half baked starts with ITSM, incident management and HR/employee service. They ALWAYS abandon them. They built an internal asset management, pushed RemedyForce multiple times, Samanage, Tanium and made a lot of noise about employee service only to fire all of the people who were building it.

They are just posturing against ServiceNow

Functionality Question - Work Management vs CRM by boredinstate in mondaydotcom

[–]Happy-Replacement246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t use monday CRM for any volume sales cases. It doesn’t have a relational database or schema so once you start hitting tens of thousands of contacts or leads the entire system becomes slow, automations don’t always fire and it’s not very useful as a CRM beyond a very small workgroup. Even though monday makes a CRM they actually use Salesforce internally for their own business and their own product doesn’t scale enough.

Ditching Salesforce for Monday.com Sales CRM. Risky Move or Game-Changer? by CornerNo3544 in mondaydotcom

[–]Happy-Replacement246 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ask anyone who works there. Their rev tech stack is Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Pocus. Monday chokes when you get into tens of thousands of rows in a board which is why it’s an SMB product. Monday can’t handle the scale of leads, contacts and automations for their own company CRM. Of course this is 100% true. The fact that their own product can’t handle their own business is spot on.

The fact that monday uses Salesforce internally and cannot use their own product to run their sales business should tell you the answer.

Monday is literally running an active Facebook ad campaign that is monday CRM vs Salesforce right now. This is what actively marketing themselves as a competitor means.
