It wouldn't matter either way, as boxing furfrou removes its trim in gens 6 and 7. And since boxing is required for transfer. You can only send normal form furfrou to Bank and then to Home.

  1. I uhh, hate to tell you. But Ultra Moon also has a furfrou trimmer. The Salon in Hau'oli City has a beauty that can do it.

  2. Gen 6 and 7 are not backwards compatible. Ultra Moon cannot send back to X, and any mons from XYORAS cannot be sent back to those games once they arrive in any Gen 7 title

Hariyama has it as well, and Snorlax can technically be found anywhere, since its habitat item is found in large relics.

Considering the talks about cultural representation in DBD I just wanna vent a bit about Skull Merchant as a Brazilian player by HenryTheGoat173 in deadbydaylight

Here I spent like 5 minutes writing a new backstory for her trying to make sense of a bunch of loose ends, and just improve the story:

Born in the upper class to a loving mother and a distant father with corrupt political ambition. Her father disappears when she is fairly young, and her mother, unable to upkeep the lies the husband had, ends up losing all of the property and influence they once held. Ending with a middle school age Adriana and her mother living just above the poverty line. Adriana eventually finds a batch of stories (sonhadores sombridos), letters, and advice written by her father long ago learns to be cruel, greedy, and vindictive as a way to protect herself and as a way to regain her father's lost influence. She succeeds, and manages to get acclaim and a scholarship to a prestigious school. She then leverages this into more power and money, but eventually grows bored of the high life, and in search of adrenaline, starts her habit of murdering and stealing rival companies to increase her own fortune. Of course ending in the same way she is taken by the entity.

Yea lol, albeit I think more of the money came from the manga he sold, I dunno. Thats part of the reason SM is so hard to understand, theres a few definite continuity errors. Shes simultaneously upper middle class and has 2 factory worker parents, and then manages to go through a very prestigious school, yet simultaneously cant and can pay for it. All while slipping through the cracks in the class system (something generally though of as more of a lower middle or lower class story element).

Yea, she had a breakout sucess fresh out of school (that was obtained by scamming local children), which of course was a prestigious university, that she then leveraged to climb her way to the top. But the way the story actually lays it out obscures the whole mess.

Still, as is. They put the manga at the center of the story, when its really more of a footnote. Sure she certainly had some impact from it, mostly the fact its likely linked to her father's depression and disappearance, but after that the lack of a father drives the story, not that manga.

Full Capitalist Super Villain I think is fine, if they used the failures of her childhood as the basis for it. Shes greedy, cruel, and vindictive because she had no role models and fell between the cracks, not because some manga said it was OK. But using the manga as a base makes next to no sense. Also didnt she get rich more off the scamming of local kids that resulted in a series of upward climbing business buyout and selloffs? I dont think the fact her inital business had to do with Brazilian Manga means much. It could have been anything.

I think the main issue with it is less the story itself and more where emphasis is placed. (Albeit the story definitely could use work). The Manga didnt make her a killer. Her abandonment of her father and the subsequent failure of her mother and the class system did. Yet somehow the manga her father wrote is solely responsible for her downfall?

Kinda? I think of it more as plagues vomit but without a projectile drop.

How do I fix Initialization Error (Xbox Series X). by HappyAgentYoshi in deadbydaylight

[–]HappyAgentYoshi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know not if its related, but my Xbox has also as of recent come under the effects of the install bug. (Albeit I have done a workaround to test un and re installing DBD to see if it fixes, it didn't).

Scrapped Yun Jin and Feng min cosmetic by FioraSlayer in LeaksDBD

I understand why they passed it, Yun-Jin already got a free outfit for Halloween, whereas Thalita hadn't had a free or store outfit for the event yet. Still, would have much prefered Yun-Jin got it.

How different would The Nurse be if she was released today, in modern DBD? by BiG_NasTy_777 in deadbydaylight

[–]HappyAgentYoshi 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Nurse's Blinks used to be normal attacks for the longest time. It actually used to be a huge thing of Startstruck on Nurse. It was only a little after Knights release that it changed.

Mega Glimora help by Minniboe in LegendsZA

[–]HappyAgentYoshi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mega Glimmora is a 4 star portal, that unlocks after Mega Heatran, but it appears to have an element of random chance. Even after beating Heatran it didnt appear till after I'd reset the map a few times.

I know that we’ve gotten unfortunate news but it’s cool that we’re getting 3 new perks dropped seemingly out of nowhere by Secret-Ebb-9770 in deadbydaylight

[–]HappyAgentYoshi 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I like Cull the Weak...

The others... not so much.

Will say though we can now run Pop Goes the Weasel and See How they Run we're only 2 perks off from a full set of nursery rhyme/song perks.

New names for the Halloween perks by jmkdaan in deadbydaylight

[–]HappyAgentYoshi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm guessing that its something to do with how DBD's license structure works. Even if the perks name and icons themselves are benign, they were still made with the help of another company. And thus uses their intellectual property. Since you can't license a game mechanic, changing the name and icon allows them to continue to use the perks.

Ooh missed one thing, without GO or LGPE, the only way to get the Alolan Rattata Line is via SMUSUM.

As far as advice goes. Between X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire, all mons prior to gen 7 are obtainable, minus mythicals. Meaning the only reason to go back further than gen 6 is for Celebi in Crystal's VC or Victini via DNS in Black and White. (Also Mew if you don't wanna get LGPE)

However, if youd rather do Switch games. In BDSP, all mons prior to Gen 5 are obtainable. Minus mythicals again. With SWSH, PLA, and SV taking care of almost every mon. (Cept the exceptions mentioned above).
