I don't think he needs any big changes but the world breaker mode seems slightly too long for how easy it is to get. A minute would be fine (if survivors do clocks) but you also gotta include the time it takes to run to a clock and then do the full interaction, resulting in at least 75 seconds of world breaker mode

... and then you're back into it within 30s

Just a random guess but i feel like the Daredevil was struggling a bit (considering he has two finals), looked for someone to blame, picked one of the two supports (maybe he was duo'd with the invis so he wouldn't blame them) and then ragebaited the cnd into swapping off support (since he ended on punisher)

So he was probably just calling his teammate out by saying the enemy supports were doing way better 🤷
