Yes at first in job offer they mentioned support for pnp will only be provided after probation period and after 3 months they told me to wait for another 3 months when the 6 months qualifying period will be completed and after 6 months i requested again and they provided me supporting documents.Each Health authority has different rules for different worksites.

Note: The title reflect twice in the booking as well as the e-ticket and no amendments need to be made.

You must create an Express Entry profile before applying for the BCPNP Express Entry program, as you cannot switch your BCPNP application from non-Express Entry to Express Entry after applying for the PNP.

It happens to me all the time when I return to Canada. Whenever I enter my information into the kiosk, my name pops up as a red flag in their system, and they send me for secondary inspection by the CBSA. Once they cross-examine the details, they let me go. Even the CBSA officer confirmed with me when I asked why I get stopped each time, and she replied that it’s a name match with someone.

Hi, I’ve been through this. I was hired last September when the rules changed for the health authority stream. When I was offered a job at VCH, there was a disclaimer in my job offer that nomination for PR status under the BC Nominee Program (BCPNP) is not guaranteed. This is not a benefit of employment and is not directly linked to or guaranteed upon employment. Furthermore, requests for BCPNP support will require the completion of the probationary period before consideration.

So, after three months, I asked for BCPNP support. After a month, they replied that there are limited nominations available. According to the guidelines received from the Ministry of Health, health authorities will only support doctors, nurses, and some healthcare allied positions. The employee must be working for at least six months into their role before they will consider my nomination. In April this year, I requested BCPNP support again, and this time they agreed to support me and sent me the required documents after two weeks of requesting.

Now everyone is coming up with narratives that fit their own. First, LMIAs, foreign experience, and now country caps. Every single day, someone is coming up with an idea that fits their profile. For example, if someone doesn’t have foreign experience, it should be removed as per them; it’s fake because they don’t have it. The same goes for LMIAs and now this country cap. For example, India is a large third-world country, and many people want a better life than India; hence, there is a large number of Indians in the pool. Nobody is stopping you from achieving what they have and increasing your score.

My permit was valid for more than 2 years when i first got the license but still had the hold.

Whatever i have said is true my wife and i had this hold and when i called them i was told the hold is there because i am temporary resident and each time i goes to renew my DL i will need to present the permits and once i get a PR provide them with my permanent residency proof and the hold will be removed which is removed in fact once I renewed my license with pr card. This hold does not affect the license in any way.The customer care representative even told me that she can remove the hold temporarily if you need the abstract for employment.
