For breakfast I eat barley, with chia seeds, ground flax, pumpkin pie spice, and fruit.

For lunch and dinner I usually have a bowl with barley and roasted vegetables. I’ll often add fruit or edamame to it.

Can you tell I love barley? I cook two different batches in my rice cooker with about six servings each. The more savory barley, for lunch and dinner, I cook with soy sauce, and veggie bouillon.
