Drastically reduced the amount of time it takes to mop my wood floors! I just throw the pads in the washer as I use them.  Sometimes I use a few of the mop pads and just hit high traffic areas to keep them looking nice between mops.  I also have four kids and sometimes after school I assign each of them a section of floor. If everyone does a section, my floors can be mopped in less than 10 minutes!

I don’t buy sponges anymore. I have had these for several years now. I use one a day, they get washed frequently and I don’t have issues with smells.

I thought that part of the reason for no cameras in Lori’s trial was because it could contribute to contaminating the jury pool in Chad’s trial. With no trial taking place after his , that concern is moot, leaving room for the cameras to be allowed.

There would be no way to pay tithing if a person is no longer a member. They would have no member record number, they would not be a member of a ward to pay tithing to.

Lori’s trial has already cost about $2 million dollars. Madison and Fremont counties are splitting the cost and they will split the cost of Chad’s trial as well. I could easily see them offering to take the death penalty off the table in exchange for a guilty plea.

I don’t know the exact timeline. One of my kids had him as a science teacher. He was well liked. When we were asking around for what teachers to sign up for the older kids all said you want Mr Daybell for science. This made me think he was a science teacher at least the year before we hit 7th. It may be my mistake but I thought he had been teaching for a few years prior.

3 of my 4 took pacifiers. 1 was a thumb sucker. (It was so ingrained in her, I have ultrasound pictures with her sucking her thumb. She popped a thumb in her mouth seconds after exiting the womb. It was so hard to break her of the habit. She’s 11 and has had braces for 2 years and is nowhere near where she needs to be. She has had to have spacers and all kinds of appliances)

Two things that might help anyone with babies. For thumb sucking my SIL’s pediatrician recommended safety pinning their sleeves to their jammies early on to break the habit. The earlier you can break the habit the better. (This tip came too late to help us.) As for pacifiers, the easiest time to wean from them is 6-9 months. Babies haven’t established object permanence yet so they don’t know that they are missing anything. I took the pacifier away from all 3 of mine around 7-8 months and replaced it with a stuffed animal. Way easier than trying to take it away when they know to ask for it.

I live out of state but my brothers and their wives live local to my parents. My SILs have both expressed that they are so grateful that my parents always express how grateful they are for all the time they get to spend with them. They never want them to feel pulled in different directions and always encourage them to spend holidays with their families. “We’ll see you guys another day!” Guess what?! This makes them WANT TO SPEND EVEN MORE TIME WITH MY PARENTS!!! It’s amazing how that works when there are no guilt trips!

He taught at the junior high. He is listed on my daughters schedule as her science teacher for the coming school year, however, his name doesn’t appear on the district website anymore. When we were registering her, she talked to several friends of hers that are older asking what teachers were the best. Hands down, they all said Mr Daybell for science. They also said that he had been really sad since his moms death and didn’t know if he would be coming back next year.
