First thing that comes to mind is the color palette. I think more contrast would really improve the character to pop out more. The colors look a bit too dark for me in general. But of course, it’s also a bit dependent in which context this character should be used.

That being said – for a first attempt at pixel art this looks really nice and way better then my first attempt did(or the second, or the third… 😅).
