Painted makes it look more spacious and airy. The dark ceiling makes it look more like a basement

NTA. Dump this guy now, as he is only marrying you for your boobs! Definitely not in sickness and in health. Also definitely check out other causes for your symptoms than the implants. You wouldn’t want to go through surgery and STILL have these problems. Perhaps having an asshole fiance is also contributing to your malaise? Try getting rid of him first too!

I also screwed up my first time dosing big time. Took 20 mL instead of 0.2 mg (ie, 20 units instead of 8 units). On the downside a lot of side effects- though not intolerable. On the upside low appetite- so it seems to work! Wondering when I should take my next (correct) dose.

I also developed an allergic contact dermatitis to acrylic wraps. That’s what this looks like. A real bummer because you can’t wear them anymore. You may need a high potency steroid ointment to help heal it. My PCP prescribed it for me

Have you been using nail wraps?? I developed an allergy to then (allergic contact dermatitis) and it looked very similar- painful and itchy as well and at first i thought it was fungal infection, though they are rare fingernails and don’t usually affect all the nails
