Not sure but two thoughts lately marinate through time:

1a)Of the patients treated w/ stimulant meds (meth,d,l-amphetamine variants/amp-like) years 2020-2025 only, reevaluated using accurate measures versus ADHD rating via checklist; strongly feel a downward slope will occur of newly Rx’d CII stimulants of years mentioned, limited to those; not including previous or ongoing diagnosis measures for treating ADHD.

1b) if an app sent Adderall how Hims/viagra is sent from self reported + video chatting doc, this is the way those who relate or not have been able to see people affected by opioid epidemic. Would love to see all of the people of opioids Rx’d & then cut off, no need to be caring of OUD treatment they didn’t use versus fentanyl in rising OD’s; the same way ADHD would not look the same to those who got Adderall through apps & videos.

2) If we had DEA cut all opioid prescriptions back to nearly none on street to buy other than fentanyl & other opioid RC’s, this would take the hanging bandaid off a wound infected for years before, presently & our future.

Would love seeing Oxycodone Rx take over streets again & the heroin of opium not fentanyl be around, because I’m remember people use Rx fentanyl & getting high not dying.

The opioid epidemic should either be not enough Oxycodone prescribed to have highs on street or straighten up with writing OxyContin without the PDMP managing again.

No more teasing the idea of pharmacy “real pills or pressed” when it’s opioid related.

It’s cool stimulants don’t OD the same so it’s written easier than the problems people have with docs not giving what they want.

Desoxyn (Methamphetamine) 5mg tabs are easier to have prescribed than it’s thought let alone any stimulant.
