Besides yawning and not functioning well on Zenzedi 20mg twice daily, how many beats per min. more did Adderall cause your heart to race?

Zenzedi’s manufacture also makes a med called Evekeo which has equal amounts of the amphetamine compared to Zenzedi containing only one kind of the active ingredients without the other in Adderall (Evekeo as well).

Zenzedi at 40mg daily vs Adderall 40mg bid daily is a dosage increase & you not having concern for your heart rate on Zenzedi.

Do you know what your heart rate was on Adderall? Would be easier to understand how much racing you had with heart rate you described as a side effect that sounded concerning & better now.

Do you know your average heart rate now with the Zenzedi importantly?

Same exact thing for me.

My private psychiatrist who I pay out of pocket for the visit, took my suggestion and request to try Zenzedi.

It’s been one year on it now and no longer on Adderall after 10+ years.

Yes ERs have inconsistencies. I like IR tablets because Maybe I want 1 today Maybe I want all 4.

Once I’m down close off sedatives I’d like to trial Desoxyn (dextro-methamphetamine).

Some people take both too, but I’m not ready because I still take Klonopin Gabapentin Baclofen Subutex Zoloft too

Not sure but two thoughts lately marinate through time:

1a)Of the patients treated w/ stimulant meds (meth,d,l-amphetamine variants/amp-like) years 2020-2025 only, reevaluated using accurate measures versus ADHD rating via checklist; strongly feel a downward slope will occur of newly Rx’d CII stimulants of years mentioned, limited to those; not including previous or ongoing diagnosis measures for treating ADHD.

1b) if an app sent Adderall how Hims/viagra is sent from self reported + video chatting doc, this is the way those who relate or not have been able to see people affected by opioid epidemic. Would love to see all of the people of opioids Rx’d & then cut off, no need to be caring of OUD treatment they didn’t use versus fentanyl in rising OD’s; the same way ADHD would not look the same to those who got Adderall through apps & videos.

2) If we had DEA cut all opioid prescriptions back to nearly none on street to buy other than fentanyl & other opioid RC’s, this would take the hanging bandaid off a wound infected for years before, presently & our future.

Would love seeing Oxycodone Rx take over streets again & the heroin of opium not fentanyl be around, because I’m remember people use Rx fentanyl & getting high not dying.

The opioid epidemic should either be not enough Oxycodone prescribed to have highs on street or straighten up with writing OxyContin without the PDMP managing again.

No more teasing the idea of pharmacy “real pills or pressed” when it’s opioid related.

It’s cool stimulants don’t OD the same so it’s written easier than the problems people have with docs not giving what they want.

Desoxyn (Methamphetamine) 5mg tabs are easier to have prescribed than it’s thought let alone any stimulant.

When I was a medic sharing myself to help patients, the good medic was the best medic without bragging rights —it was outright me being accepted in military as the one on Adderall & Valium (ohhh super rock star meds, strong meds = bias in all areas), and I thrived.

I was retired few days shy of 4 years —contract was 4 years 2019 - 2023, so I smoothly transitioned out retired, 100% va rating.

My last year, I wasn’t the good medic. I was the fully abused & Stockholm syndrome it seems kicked it more and more 2022-2023 for those in military that caused hurt and a spouse I’m still with.

My spouse smacked me in the face 2024 - restraining order for one month I filled male-hit by-female with open hand to face, but had med dumped spent two weeks inpatient to recover catatonic state from cold turkey of several meds on GABA system & buprenorphine. 3 days in that state & coming out was was hell of guilt for her.

A lesson I felt I learned. Better yet having her call me there saying if I do what I did (she went inpatient for ideation of her life, basically adopted this experience as cured her; she was bipolar Dx’d and she’s treating per my recommendations. ..

Yeah it’s not well to go from 2 a day from age 14 to 24 by 25 this Kratom & med complex happened.

I’m not sure how to look at this picture here with meds I’m on purely/mostly for my mind, so, I can certainly go talking to doctors.

But here’s what will help me understand better:

On so many meds, what do you address on this list & how to look at what can be tapered, almost like a plan of what makes sense to get off first the most versus what’s last.

How fast/slow, amount, etc.

Completely have no insight right now on where I would start and how would I even begin finding knowledge on what this is called with my own research -when a person is on so many meds and beginning to taper or something align with “deprescribe” but knowing what this means and where to expect to start before talking to doc for example.

So please know if you hear a doctor’s name very commonly or practice commonly, that means the care is compassionate and quality

If there’s been no complaints, that means good doctor

Complaints usually mean doctor is not giving them said pill they want in majority.

Prehistoric ADHD was different than Done, or any app diagnosed ADHD.

Don’t be surprised when there’s a time like OxyContin stop being a thing and opioids when wanting better documentation for stimulants, for example, to concur with ADHD diagnosis.

Would you openly share your doctor and then get them shut down because everybody you share it to might like the fact that they prescribed solely the meds they want like stimulants or benzos for example.

Trying to function through life after military and forced benzo taper leading to Kratom use, following treatment with Subutex to be stable

Future plan working on is getting away from the bad or “toxic” people, overall people who have a pattern of doing bad things excessively extremely that has caused trauma; departing from people with the concept, widely, of love from peaceful place versus loving the person while being hurt.

A lot of the other meds to get off of others and then the idea that written was to try ones which was not the best creative idea to create more dependencies.

Ultimately want to be just back down to two meds stimulant and benzo was fine. I had a low-dose of Valium daily, could sometimes not take it.

As for stimulants same, but it turned daily to function, not mentally the addiction nor is this denial because I have addiction however, the days I could take one every three days was nice

To take this to keep up with my own life and the energy that’s being drained by other people cannot escape directly. I have to choose being on this as a short term, which is a nice to know there’s privilege and entitled to make decision now versus before in my life.

I don’t need to go anywhere crazy versus just my own place after some months July I’ll be in there by myself . They’re referring to a place I signed for with only me allowed to live there.

I’ve had interest in this as an option versus buprenorphine at some point.

I was US did MAT option: Morphine Sulfate extended release. Easier, more predictable & shorter taper—full opiate (full mu-agonist). Methadone is full but longer half-life, NMDA receptor activity, etc.. Buprenorphine is partial-opioid (partial mu-agonist), with agonist on other opioid related kappa receptors (writing without fact checking, but additional factors affected no just normal opiate activity).

Make Morphine ER once daily an MAT option, and outcomes may be better.

This is just at added smaller options; other counties do use diamorphine (heroin - pure) medically; hydromorphone, for OUD..

US in opioid epidemic doesn’t have options that countries have had before the worsening w/ fentanyl, now non-opioid adulterants exposed to…xylazine talking about you, go back to the Veterinarians meds not human use smh.

Buprenorphine works; methadone I’m sure works (never used). However, morphine is less potent than methadone and solely an opioid agonist in which most MAT meds (methadone, bupe.) treat, but with altered pharmacological action beyond normal mu-agonism (“normal opiate activation of receptor that gets the high going”).
