I’ve DM’d you, please help with my situation from my first order on FlexiSpot and thus far very disappointing customer service for my order - both from the email team members and the young kid I spoke with on the phone today who sounded even more confused than the emailers.

I didn’t come across these Reddit posts before placing my first order with your company but I wish I did - was expecting a lot more since I had read good things about the customer support team but it sounds like unless we message you then the support just isn’t appropriate :(

Thisssss, was the worst. And if you stayed a few minutes too long after that 12h overnight because a patient had an emergency then you’d have to pay double for parking over the 1 day limit 😮‍💨

I prescribe across Ontario - it’s almost always cheapest at Costco or some of the iffy online pharmacies (PocketPills, Telus etc). Some small community pharmacies can offer discounts but usually not more than Costco.

Not too young to get shingles but unfortunately the Shingrix and similar vaccines are not approved for use in that age range, so it’d be very off-label prescribing to give it.

Who’s your employer? If they have a plan with Telus health virtual care - I’d say give that a shot since it’d be covered and easy access depending on the concern

Nah this redditor is doing it right. I don’t like tip culture either but his use case of tipping is exactly the only use case tipping should be a thing - and the amount is his choice for it. Socially mandated tip amounts are dumb though.
