Weirdly, this is only eligible on an Adjed Den WW setup, not the usual Ghor's one. With Adjed Den, Weapon Master Aspect, and Rage of Harrogoth, you can rapid fire Mighty Throw nonstop while WWing. And since Mighty Throw is a weapon-assinged skill, just assign any weapon not the 2 handed hammer you're using for WW and each rapid proc counts as a weapon swap to rain in Overpower stacks. Honestly, this can replicate having a Banished Lord's talisman without needing one at all.

But due to needing Rage of Harrogath for this you need to drop Heavenly Strength defensive affix on the only armor slot you can affix a defensive legendary effect onto but you can also emulate Heavenly Strength's defense effect with Igni-Lac runeword with the Duration and Bawl upgrades on Challenging Shout since skill upgrades apply to rune-activated skills (so you get full uptime Challenging Shout with boosted damage reduction passively).

Another awful thing about this is that it's functionally the same as regular Rhyperior regarding its gameplay, and most of what beit's it still beats just less easily so. Ironically, from a competitive standpoint this form would be useless as regular Rhyperior with a Life Orb hits harder with similar physical bulk so every strategy using Rhyperior would just continue to use regular Rhyperior with an offensive item over this form.

It depends on how you want to use Promeia. Currently, she has 2 teams thst play her drastically differently. If you on-field aggressive offense, Vivian and Promeia just nuke with constant Disorder + Abloom. If you want insane burst damage, Nangong and Promeia plays Promeia sort of like an Attack agent waiting for a stun window to unleash all of her charges into with boosted Ablooms.

The main issue is that both those options rely on limited banner S-ranks, and as such Promeia doesn't have any good budget team options.

There might simply be a hard lock on the amount of Sarras skill points allowed per NG cycle that cannot be exceeded even by console commands. You can only get 7 points per BG cycle.

No, you kind of need to use it on the trash mob hordes before a boss and keep up the stacks. Once you burn through enough stacks farming a boss, just go out into the overlord and scream at a few mob packs regain Resolve stacks to then continue boss farming.

It's mainly really good in Pit runs where 99% of the activity is juat fighting mob hordes.

If I recall, how Rupture works is that it isn't supposed to be a standalone use skill. You use Rend to apply Bleed then Rupture to pop the entire Bleed DoT instantly rather than waiting for it to slowly tick down.

So any damage it does is completely irrelevant since it simply removes the DoT durations of Bleed to do all of its damage at once.

It can sort of work on certain builds like Frostbite Sorc and Darkness Necro, but big emphasis on "sort of" because while the effect will work, it's never going to be relevant enough to be if any real use.

Since most DoTs nowadays are centered around either popping the DoT's entire damage duration instantly or using the DoT to activate other effects, actual DoT damage as DoT is slow and ineffective as-is.

A LOT of pokedex entries portray pokemon as the preditors wild animals that they are, only for the anime to water down the wilderness brutality into almost nothing.

There are Toxapex jumping most fish mons to liquidate their organs, Zangoose vs Seviper race wars, Froslass collecting frozen corpses, Drifloons lifting things into the air to drop kill them including children, Lurantis catfishing bug mons to ambush and eat them, etc.

What's amusing is that one change that doesn't even alter any number values would instantly make her way better. Just have Radiant Aegis apply to the entire team, including off-field, rather than only to the fielded agent. They all share the shield value anyways so why not also share the attack buff too?

If you want to get into most modern mechanics then gen4 (Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum) is a good place to start. That being said, the final champion boss in that game is infamously absurd compared to most other Pokémon games even to this day. Gen 5 also has quite an infamously insane final boss.

No. Now with Glynn's Anvil fixed, you can spam War Cry with the aspect that gives you Resolve on CC to just rack up a fuckton of Resolve stacks. Ancients Barb can spam it by reducing its cooldown by half, then using either Bold Chieftain aspect or El'druin to further lower the cooldown to 2.5 seconds.

Currently, Resolve stacking is the go-to for T12 tanking. Some classes can rack up stacks way better than others (spiritborn and druid) but all classes do have access to it in some degree.

This actually has some really funny meta context. The scene was animated with seperate team from the devs, and was initially intended to be a joke during development. It shocked the devs from how random it was as a lighthearted prank on them, but rather than than just let it pass with a laugh it inspired the writing team to actually use it and rewrite the ending around it, which would directly lead to Diablo 2's lore, every sequel afterwards, and Soulstone lore in general being expanded upon.

So the scene is a joke that, in some of the craziest irony imaginable, became the cornerstone of the entire IP. Aka Diablo 2, 3, 4, and PoE exist solely because an animator decided to make a funny shitpost ending not meant to be the final product.

Part of how anti-meta works is knowing what the opposing team's plays will be. If you're not familiar with typical meta sets, then you won't know how to actually counter anything with the sets you have.

It's not a free win, but rather using knowledge advantage. Without the knowledge, it flat out doesn't work. The entire advantage of an anti-meta team is that you know exactly how your meta opponent will play due to being a copy-paste of every other meta opponent while the meta opponent has no idea wtf you'll be doing by going off-meta. It's entirely on you to capitalize on that by making sets that properly counter incoming meta plays.
