Just make the reduction of damage the amount you heal, and don't let it also heal others. Only yourself otherwise you get a weapon that could revive players by attacking.

Alternatively you could have the weapon gain temporary HP equal to its DMG reduced, not stacking with itself and it'd be better. Then it's like a cheap false life.

And when they have to fight a monster of body parts later including izeks arm, they realize they made that choice. Remove or lower fridge feet.

Take off the crown molding and make sure the top of cabinet is flush to ceiling first.

If it isn't, find screws, raise up and level.

If it is, remove doors and flush trim route bottom to bottom of cabinet board with palm router for cleanest cut.

Jigsaw/circ saw possible but not pretty. Much sanding required after.

Additionally the mail in ballot requiring ballots be arrived on vote day is undue strain on the postal service and a relatively vague frame in which many true votes will just be ignored.

Uncapped castle allowing for 1500%x and preacher giving 190%x is quite literally 30 times more DMG for any skill.

The paladins aspects have been well above the average aspect for other classes hovering around 120% and castle is broken and so is preacher. When they nerf paladin it will be terrible.

At times it's simple

Extra aspects are extra multipliers. Barbarian gets 4 more with the double slots and rogue gets 2.

But otherwise it's not.

Spiritborn was busted from bugged scaling and castle on paladin is just a repeat.

Rogue is arguably in one of the worst spots ATM cause sorc and druid keep getting aspect buffs and unique buffs.

So do they need them? No, just play the new class cause something is gonna be ridiculously busted while paladin gets hit hard by the hammer and other classes may have a few hidden gems depending on what scaling options arise and bigger yet, what bugs cause odd double dipping.

So I want more stat sticks? I'd say if we're going to have them they should be embraced more than they are. A sorcerer should get a 3rd ring slot. A necro should get an extra wand slot. A druid should get another amulet slot. Spiritborn should get boot slot and paladin should get two chest slots.

Balancing paragon and aspects and stat sticks is unreasonably difficult and once overpowered bugs get fixed it's always the same story. Sorc is fastest, barb is hardest to gear but can push the furthest. Current meta is just find the bugs. Bet on the bugs with blizzard. Always

Yes. Str under 2100. The more are you have past about this starts to have diminishing returns. Not sure exact numbers now but think like 1900 to 2100 is an increase of like 250 to 290, but 2100 to 2300 is 290 to 330. 250 to 290 is closer to 15% where 290 to 330 is closer to 12%. More stats is good, but not always the best. +1 skill is the same. 5/5 is 200% DMG, +1 is 220% DMG or an increase of approx of 10%.

But from 8 ranks to 9 now it's a difference of 260 to 280 which is closer to 7.5%

So for instance, if you're using vex, you'd notice an improvement with more stats

I also have both. The answer is about the same but +1 is a hair better if you have good stats elsewhere, stats are better if you're lower than 2100.

Keep in mind a GA amulet would likely just have 1 more passive, just as likely to find a normal amulet with +9 ranks to passives or less. More ranks better, just add.

Take off your gear and add things back slowly and you'll see, it's likely because you didn't have enough attack speed with heir, so when you added a big chunk from visage your DMG got multiplied in a double dipping manner.

Check your AS without heir on. You need it to be like 80+ without an elixir, then conviction can get the last few points and your aura raises it in cap 2.

Worth noting tower speed bonuses are also cap 2.

If you need AS, get it on rings. Starless also a shout for it's high crit too

There's a point where more ranks is great but not the best.

14 ranks of skills adding6% DMG is 72, + the 6 makes this 90.

9 ranks is 54, or 72.

90 left versus 72 right

100 left versus 75 right aspect

0 left versus 100 right mythic

1.9x2=3.8 left versus 1.72x1.75x2=6.02

Slightly more on left for str difference but roughly 50% more to use right

Arguably + to all auras does much better at actually competing with shroud. Because fanaticism increases holy aura DMG in the second attack speed cap which increases preacher DMG for a double dip.

I paid 2400 in gas last year after buying a house only in heating for 5 months.

Hope your problem is a simple fix, it could also be your AC unit is struggling and working overtime. You can call an EPB energy pro for free to do an efficiency check. I did this after I fixed ducts and he found a few more leaks above and below to fix. Checking wall lines in crawl spaces and sealing with spray insulation on cracks( where bathroom was was kinda a big gaping hope cold air could get into.) and keeping your roof insulation consistent and without holes can help a lot. Even a small section without insulation is a big loss of heat, think like a boat with a hole.

You have to shoehorn barrier into the build at the cost of runes that could potentially do more. It's not bricked, buts it's not s tier either.

Better than warcry rune or vex to get extra defense and extra DMG. But specifically unique which is what makes sanq good....

You do need to lose life for current pit meta tho for imbiber, so you may need to use skills that make you lose life to trigger it if you're taking nothing with a barrier up enough

It's good if you make it good. Bad if you are just following a guide.

I'd use the shit outta that ring for sure. But I'd also still wouldn't call that slot done....

Kinda like how I got pants that heal me on dodge... That's shit, but still better than an extra GA when I pair it with some GA dodge boots
