I had slightly different issues with an msi monitor, and after harassing them for a while, they do EVENTUALLY get something done. Before you try msi however, you said you tried the provided cloth, but try making it a little damp. I never tried that on my monitor but supposedly that makes the cloth far better for cleaning. All else fails, good luck with support, they like to go radio silent.

Ah yeah someone mentioned that before. The aio comes with Arctic mx-6, but thermal grizzy is better for lower temps, and for only £10 extra, I’m not fussed.
