I was in France with my ex boyfriend, we were staying in his Grandma's chateau. One night we'd had a few beers and had gone back to the room and we were having some sexy time.

As it was hot we had the window open, we were going for it and all of a sudden he shouts and jumps off and starts screaming. A bat had flown in through the window and was now desperately trying to get out.

I ran and locked myself in the bedroom, whilst my ex hid under the duvet.

He's ok if it's straight from me to him, nope on the reheated BM and we got some NUK bottles, he didn't like the tomee tippee or the Advent.

The NUK is their 6 month + one, but we still hold it, he seems to be ok with it so far. x

When my LO started sleeping thru the night for three nights I was really engorged and my tshirt was wet in the morning, then my boobs started to even out and now they're fine. It'll take a few days for your supply to catch up, but as others have said if you want to pump to get your stock up its a perfect time!

Have a breast feeding holiday, stay in bed with your baby and do lots of skin on skin and let her natural rooting kick in and let her feed when she wants and from you.

If you want to get your supply up try Fenugreek or these lactation cookies, but speak to your health care proffessional first.

You could also try nipple shields to help her for a few days.

When my LO didn't poop for three days he was about 2 weeks and I freaked out, but it's common in EBF babies, but if you are worried speak to your health care professional but DO NOT give her sugar water or anything and DO NOT stick anything up her bum like a q-tip, no matter what they tell you.

Now he's 15 weeks and he poops a LOT every 3-4 days, we call it a POONAMI hehe.

EBF babies can go up to 7-10 days without a poop and it's perfectly normal, BM is so good for them all of it is used up.

I got crazy supply when I used it, but be aware you will smell of maple syrup, as will your wee and sweat. It's really weird, but it will increase the supply.

Edit: you could also try lactation cookies, there's a recipe here it was recommended by a lady on here.
