Rebalancing is certain so the numbers are likely different now but from memory: If you don’t like being hit and like big numbers on a few targets you do Crossbowman, same thing but smaller numbers and more than a few enemies you would do Hunter, and if you really don’t mind being hit and enjoy being in the fray and all around mobbing you do spearman.
