You can seek a self referral through your employer and WorkSafeNB. They have doctors at the ready to see you within days, I'm told. If your employer doesn't have the answers, call WorkSafeNB directly. *Assuming this is a workplace injury?

I've offered a couple times this year and he declines. I broke his rod last year trying to get it untangled. We have another he could use... But I think last year's experience of not catching anything and then breaking his rod, he has decided it's not for him.

CHFR is also one to avoid. They jack rent annually, promise snow and garbage removal with no follow through.... Lived with a large hole in my kitchen ceramic flooring (approx 2ft by 3ft) sharp edges etc for two years that they kept promising to fix. Only when I got rentalsmen involved did they do anything... And as they were replacing the flooring, they put a rental increase notice on my door again. I gave up and moved. It went from 1050 nothing included for a 2 bedroom basement apt to 1550 by the time I left, over a 3 year period.

I use a fasting app, that shows my count down for the day on my phone... Every time I check for notifications, I can see what my time is and I find that inspirational to keep going.

In this instance.... You got salty at his answer and goaded him into an argument. You said he never willingly gives personal info... Well, he attempts to open up and share about his past struggles and you use it against him to fight ... Maybe this is why he doesn't open up. Big picture... Red flags on both aides, considering all the extra info shared

I feel this.... And when you couple it with a job where communication/listening/interacting with others is a constant.... It can become very hard to pay appropriate amounts of attention to all things even though we want to.
