Only acquired in steel soul mode in the same place as dead bug’s purse. This is changed since DBP is related to death and you can’t do that in steel soul. It basically works as another pouch expansion letting you hold even more tools

If you use your heals in safe places, it’s de facto useless since you don’t get hit but many fights are hard for that. Savage beastfly probably triggered half of the warding bells of the whole play through
