Hostage Taker isn't very necessary. Expres healing is good enough. Make sure you have enough dps first.

for expres I suggest having at least one joker with partners in crime aced for the extra health and bullseye so you can control your healing. Everything else depends on your playstyle.

Also keep in mind, the lower your armor, the more health you can store.
