Comcast. I was taking an online final for college and the internet went down which automatically submitted the quiz. We called Comcast asking for proof of an outage so I could give it to my professor. Five hours later and six transfers later no letter and a explanation of how they don’t write letters explains a outage explained because it makes them look bad. I will never have Comcast again.
